En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was incredibly comfortable and pleasantly cool, which was a huge relief given how hot the weather was in France. It was also very spacious, and having a fully equipped kitchen allowed the two of us to cook our own meals easily. The location is excellent—there is free parking on-site, and it’s only take 15-minute drive to Mont Saint-Michel. It’s also very convenient for day trips, taking just over an hour to drive to Cancale and St. Malo, and there’s a convenience store only a 10-minute drive away. On top of that, the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful surroundings made our stay even better. The self-check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which we highly appreciated since we arrived quite late that day. Highly recommended!

Super découverte à côté du port et bors de mer... résidence hôtel avec petit dej qui était vraiment Top et bien garnis. Personnel très sympa, qui nous surclassé dans un meilleur appartement avec terrasse. Je recommande !

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

Great location on the river and a short walk to the town centre. Comfortable bed and good value for the price Would stay again if visiting Rouen Staff were friendly and helpful

It is a good hotel for those who is traveling to Normandy and have to stop for one-two nights. We had a very spacious room with dark wallpapers on the wall and with a balcony. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, sleepers (finally!!!) and two bath robes for me and my daughter. It is not new, you can notice it, however it was a very cozy environment. The hotel is in far from the beach, but close to the Hippodrome. Also, the were some shops and not expensive pharmacy near the hotel.

The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

ที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ไกล อยู่สูง เดินประมาณ 20 นาทีถึงพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะรูน ไกลไปหน่อย เดินกลับหอบ! สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องใหญ่ เตียงนอนสบายมาก ห้องที่ให้มาด้านหลังสูง มองไม่เห็นเมือง ถ้าอยู่ด้านหน้ามองเห็นเมืองจะดีกว่า! อาหารเช้าดีมาก ทําอย่างประณีต ถุงชาเป็นคุสมิ รสชาติดี กาแฟก็อร่อย มีแซลมอน แฮม ชีส ฯลฯ ล้วนประณีต!

ข้อดีอย่างมากคือโรงแรม 3-star ในราคาที่ยอดเยี่ยมจะถูกแชร์กับโรงแรม 4-star ที่ตั้งอยู่ในอาคารใกล้เคียง ด้วยวิธีนี้คุณจะได้เพลิดเพลินกับอาหารเช้าและสปาที่ใช้ร่วมกันซึ่งเป็นของโรงแรมที่มีราคาแพงกว่า มีที่จอดรถฟรี ริมถนนใกล้โรงแรม - พนักงานต้อนรับแสดงให้เราเห็นบนแผนที่เมื่อเราวางกระเป๋า มีที่จอดรถที่โรงแรมเสียค่าบริการ 12 ยูโรต่อวัน แต่พอไปถึงก็เต็ม
