ฉันได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรม Courtyard by Marriott ในเมืองอักรา ประเทศอินเดีย อย่างประทับใจมาก ตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่ฉันมาถึง การต้อนรับและบริการก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก การออกแบบที่ทันสมัยและหรูหราของโรงแรมผสมผสานเข้ากับเสน่ห์ทางวัฒนธรรมของเมืองอักราได้อย่างลงตัว ทำให้ที่นี่เป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนที่หรูหราและผ่อนคลาย ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด และตกแต่งอย่างดี ให้บรรยากาศที่สะดวกสบายและเงียบสงบหลังจากเที่ยวชมสถานที่ต่างๆ มาทั้งวัน หนึ่งในไฮไลท์ของการเข้าพักของฉันคือบริการที่ไร้ที่ติจากพนักงาน พวกเขาเอาใจใส่และกระตือรือร้นที่จะทำให้แน่ใจว่าฉันได้รับทุกสิ่งที่ฉันต้องการ ตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับไปจนถึงพนักงานร้านอาหาร อาหารก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ – ฉันเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารนานาชาติและอาหารอินเดียท้องถิ่นเป็นอย่างมาก บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่น่ารื่นรมย์ของแต่ละวัน มีผลไม้สด ขนมอบ และอาหารเช้าแบบอินเดียแบบดั้งเดิม เช่น ปาราธาและโดซาให้เลือกมากมาย ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน อยู่ห่างจากทัชมาฮาลอันโด่งดังเพียงไม่กี่นาที สระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้ามีวิวที่สวยงามของทัชมาฮาล ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนในยามเย็น โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรม Courtyard by Marriott ในเมืองอักราอย่างยิ่งสำหรับทุกคนที่กำลังมองหาการผสมผสานระหว่างความหรูหรา ความสะดวกสบาย และบริการที่เป็นเลิศในเมืองที่สวยงามแห่งนี้

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

Spa Very BAD especially TOLI, you will not be a guest anymore after checked out even only 10 mins after retrun the key ,I have been treated badly by her when I go for spa while waiting for dep.time. unacceptable!! also said it will create her problem for billing instruction bcoz nothing in system. This is not call a service especiallly in service or hospitality industry. she never say sorry and feel of that said she do nothing wrong but I did.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад и сейчас решил остановиться здесь. Номера чистые, кровати комфортные, косметика хорошая. Но вот что изменилось так это завтраки, элементарно нет сосисок и лапши, можно конечно попросить омлет и блины или досу, но где же обычная еда? Три раза завтракал и только в один день было из мясного сосиски, а также фасоль, которых не было в другие два дня. Фрукты нарезает один человек в таком объеме, что даже в 7:30 утра не хватает на 5-10 человек, которые приходят к этому времени. При этом ужины хорошие, большой выбор и разнообразие. Исправьте завтраки! Обслуживание при этом в ресторане хорошее!

The room was just nice but is noisy, not sure is due to the gang next door or some kind of machine sound. Service is slow. Good for short stays as worth of the value.

(ดีหน่อย) ล็อบบี้สะอาดและสวยงาม พนักงานให้การสนับสนุนการแต่งตัวและบริการดีมาก าก เช็คอินได้ปกติ ถึงเวลา 15:00 น. ถึงจะไปเช็คอินได้ แม้เวลา 12.00 น. ร้านอาหารสวยมาก เตียงนุ่มนอนสบาย บริการดี สระว่ายน้ําสวยมาก นี่ไม่ใช่ระดับที่ว่ายน้ําไม่ไหว อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟ่ต์ เมนูเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ดิฉันพัก 2 คืน แต่ดีใจที่มันเปลี่ยนไป (จุดแย่ๆ) หูฟังของเพื่อนหายในห้องแต่หาไม่เจอ ประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมงหลังเช็คเอาท์ ... ไดร์เป่าผมเก่ามาก เสียงดังจากการก่อสร้างในระหว่างวัน เวลา 々 ไฟฟ้าดับใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 นาทีเพื่อเรียกคืนแต่ความถี่สูงมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม (ชั้นดาดฟ้า เลานจ์ ฯลฯ) 々 บางสถานที่ไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ โดยรวมแล้วรู้สึกเก่าและเปลี่ยว วิวจากหน้าต่างไม่ค่อยดี (ซากปรักหักพังรอบๆ ฯลฯ) อาหารเช้า ขนมปังไม่ค่อยดี (ครัวซองต์ โดนัท ฯลฯ) ควรปรับปรุง

La Sarovar Lucknow เป็นตัวเลือกที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญและการคมนาคมขนส่ง โรงแรมให้บริการการต้อนรับที่ยอดเยี่ยมพนักงานที่เอาใจใส่และบริการที่รวดเร็วทําให้แขกรู้สึกมีค่า ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ล้าสมัยเล็กน้อย แต่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี และบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นทําให้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจําสําหรับนักเดินทางทั้งพักผ่อนและธุรกิจ
