what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Best Western plus coco palu terletak di tengah kota. Meskipun begitu suasana tenang tetap terjaga. Di lobi hotel ada yang unik yaitu kolam ikan di depan sofa. Kamarnya bagus bersih. Ada kolam renang dan sauna serta gym. Makanan cukup banyak variasinya. Ada menu kue tradisional yang enak hingga bubur manado. AC sangat dingin water Heater juga berfungsi baik. TV banyak channel yng tersedia. Ada kursi dan meja di kamar untuk bersantai. Tersedia teko untuk membuat kopi dan teh. Sungguh menyenangkan bisa mencoba hotel ini.

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

Waktu check in di depan saya lama menyelesaikan/mencari solusi, saya cukup lama menunggu giliran, padahal ada staf yg lain, harusnya bisa bantu saya. Interior hotel sepertinya banyak warisan, gini hari TV masih manual. Kursi di kamar SDH ngga layak pakai.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Reservamos este hotel para 1 noche y terminamos contentos con la habitación y el servicio. La recepcionista nos ayudó a gestionar un problema con un conductor muy pesado que nos trajo desde Ampana y quería más dinero del acordado. La mañana siguientes también nos consiguió un taxi para ir al centro del pueblo ya que no conseguiamos ningun grab ni gojek. La habtación es amplia y con aire acondicionado, buena calidad precio.

新開業酒店，員工都很友好，房間衞生比較乾淨。餐廳味道不錯，價格略貴。亮點是有個能看海景的游泳池，到海是黃色的🤪
