One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

ที่ตั้งเป็นจุดสำคัญ - ขับรถ 7 นาทีถึงสนามบินและเดิน 1 นาทีถึงชายแดนฝรั่งเศส/สวิส ป้ายรถประจำทางอยู่ตรงหน้าที่พักและป้ายรถรางห่างออกไปเพียง 4 นาที อพาร์ตเมนต์ก็โอเค แค่พื้นฐาน ที่พักค่อนข้างเก่าแต่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี แต่สามารถปรับปรุงใหม่ได้ โดยเฉพาะพรม ฉันได้กลิ่นแปลกๆ ขณะก้าวเข้าไปในห้อง (ฉันคิดว่ากลิ่นนั้นมาจากพรม) การบริการยอดเยี่ยมมาก พนักงานคอยให้บริการด้วยรอยยิ้มเสมอ มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว มีห้องครัวขนาดเล็กในห้องพร้อมสิ่งจำเป็นบางอย่าง (ตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ำ หม้อ จาน ไมโครเวฟ ช้อนส้อม เตาแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า) แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้ใช้ก็ตาม ห้องพักกว้างขวางแต่ห้องอาบน้ำมีขนาดเล็ก การทำความสะอาดสามารถทำได้ดีกว่านี้ - พบเส้นผมบางส่วนบนพื้น ฝุ่น/คราบบนเก้าอี้ และที่กั้นที่ประตูหลัง/ระเบียง ฉันชอบที่ประตูหลักล็อคตลอดเวลาและมีรหัสเพื่อปลดล็อกจากภายนอก รู้สึกปลอดภัย มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำแผนกต้อนรับตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง มีร้านอาหารอยู่ตรงข้ามที่พักโดยตรง ฉันทานอาหารเย็นที่นั่นในคืนแรก ไม่เลวและราคาสมเหตุสมผล มีร้านกาแฟ ร้านค้า และร้านอาหารอีกมากมายห่างออกไปประมาณ 3/4 นาทีโดยการเดิน ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับช่วยฉันสั่งแท็กซี่ไปสนามบิน มีผ้าเช็ดมือและฟองน้ำใหม่ในห้องครัวเล็ก ๆ โดยรวมแล้วไม่เลวและราคาสมเหตุสมผล

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมที่สุดสถานีรถไฟและใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีจากใจกลางเมือง ตัวโรงแรมเองอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง ดูเหมือนจะเก่าแต่ก็โอเคสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น ส่วนห้องพักตอนแรกฉันได้รับห้องรถเข็นซึ่งมีหน้าต่างบานเล็ก เตียงคู่ ไม่ค่อยสบายเลย และยังขาดเก้าอี้อาบน้ําด้วย เลยขอจัดให้ห้องซูพีเรียสตูดิโอที่จองไว้ตอนแรก :) ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีเตียงใหญ่ ห้องครัวขนาดเล็ก เครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น จาน และเครื่องครัวบางอย่าง เพียงพอสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ทําให้ฉันประหลาดใจคือห้องน้ําและห้องน้ําแยกจากกันในมุมต่างๆ ของอพาร์ตเมนต์: ห้องน้ําที่ประตูทางเข้า และห้องน้ําข้างเตียง ดังนั้นคุณต้องหันหลังกลับสามมุมเพื่อล้างมือ 🤪 แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือดีและโดยรวมแล้วฉันพอใจกับการเข้าพัก ขอบคุณ!

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !

hotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower. the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions. a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify. bed was comfy. tv casting doesnt work if youre looking to watch some shows. good stay though.
