The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room is nice but you can still hear when people walking outside.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

Leuk hotel met prima service, goed ontbijt, zwembad en grote tuin. Hoewel de omschrijving doet denken dat het hotel in de bossen gelegen is, is dit echter niet het geval. Wel erg rustig gelegen met privé parkeren. De kamers zijn erg basic, alles werkt maar de kamers moeten aangepast worden aan deze tijd. Er ligt vloerbedekking en er is slechts 1 werkend stopcontact in de hele kamer.

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

Super mooi hotel met een zeer goede ligging. Rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum. Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamer en goed bed. Aan het hotel kon men naar het schijnt heel goed en op een heel gezellige plaats eten. Jammer dat er geen plaats was. Auto kon op een parking staan vlakbij. Auto werd door het hotel daar naartoe gebracht. Wij sliepen in het gebouw dat over het hoofdgebouw lag. Zou het nieuwere gedeelte zijn. Daar was ook het ontbijt en de Spa. Wij komen zeker terug.

Très bien, proche de centre à pied. Petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté. Stationnement difficile donc mieux vaut prendre le parking de l’hôtel.  Lit confortable et suffisamment de vaisselle pour des petits en cas dans le studio.  Personnel sympathique.

El servicio en recepcion fue muy bueno. Ademas tuvimos un pequeño problema y nos lo solucionaron muy rapido y sin problemas. Las camas son muy muy comodas y para mi eso es muy importante siempre en un hotel. La localización fue muy tranquila ademas de que tenia muchas plazas de aparcamiento. Un 10 de 10 en calidad y precio.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับรถรางทำให้สามารถเดินทางไปยัง Strasbourg ได้ภายใน 15 นาที พนักงานที่เอาใจใส่และมีประสิทธิภาพ ที่นอนคุณภาพต่ำถ่ายทอดการเคลื่อนไหวทั้งหมดจากที่หนึ่งไปยังอีกที่หนึ่งเมื่อตื่นขึ้นมา น้ำร้อนจัด เย็นจัดไปสักระยะ อาจเนื่องมาจากการวางท่อไม่ดีพอใกล้กันเกินไป
