On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Having a twin room for my teenage daughter and myself should have a slightly more private shower area, it was quite awkward! A double room would be understandable for such visibility but not twin! The ‘breakfast’ that was included that is usually £8.50 per head was appalling and I was not the only customer surprised! The Orange juice was sweetened squash, no cooked food (breakfast is not described anywhere online or in any booking information so unfortunately it’s assumed that cooked food would be available, I rang in advance to ask what time breakfast started, and mentioned my daughter liked a hot brekkie when we visit Birmingham for hospital appointments, but was not told even at that point that no cooked food would be available), cardboard bread that was being liberally manhandled (no tongs) cereal smelled old, bowls of yogurt were dried at sides, fruit bowls also drying out on top and the only thing I could stomach was a cup of tea that tasted like the coffee/hot water machine had never been cleaned. I left with an empty stomach, and my daughter ate a croissant. Not worth paying for so it was luckily included, although not so lucky for the paying customers.

Best Hotel I have stayed in. Plus reasonable price. Fabulous breakfast. Bonus- free use of swimming pool,sauna ,steam room and gym just across the road as it is by Aston University ( sports centre). It's definitely a plus

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

ฉันกำลังมองหาที่พักใกล้ NEC เพื่อการประชุมทางการเมือง แต่ทุกอย่างมีราคาแพงเกินไป จากนั้นก็พบกับโฮสเทลเยาวชนแห่งนี้และคิดว่าทำไมไม่ทำในราคาถูกเช่นนี้ ฉันพักในเตียงสองชั้นในห้องพัก 6 เตียงและก็ไม่เป็นไร ห้องพักมีห้องอาบน้ำขนาดใหญ่และห้องน้ำส่วนตัว และแต่ละเตียงสองชั้นมีผ้าม่าน ตู้เก็บของ ปลั๊กไฟและปลั๊กชาร์จ/USB และเตียงก็นอนสบาย นอกจากนี้ยังสะอาดมากอีกด้วย และที่สำคัญคือตั้งอยู่ในอาคารเก่าแก่ที่สวยงามในพื้นที่ประวัติศาสตร์ถัดจากสวนสาธารณะและร้านกาแฟที่ยอดเยี่ยมหลายแห่ง พนักงานเป็นมิตรมากและมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ดีและกว้างขวาง ฉันจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนในปีหน้าเพราะเดินทางไป NEC ได้ง่ายและไม่แพง

We had a good stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. A good place to relax before traveling, close to the airport.

ห้องมีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีระบบทำความร้อนเพียงพอ และควรเปลี่ยนโซฟาเบดเป็นเตียงเดี่ยวแทน ที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ห่างจากสถานี Xinjie เพียง 5 นาที และอยู่ตรงไชนาทาวน์ ซึ่งสามารถตอบสนองความอยากอาหารจีนได้อย่างเต็มที่ ห้องพักก็ราคาไม่แพง คุ้มมากๆ ครับ!

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Staff at reception was friendly. Basic room for 1 night is acceptable. Just a few minutes walk from the train station.Check out was 10am but I done a late check out for £20 Up to 1pm.Need to ask for hairdryer at reception and no kettle in room.I asked for the highest floor room and request for the back of hotel as it’s quieter.Front of hotel their are bars and restaurants nearby .I was on the third floor.I didn’t hear anything.
