- friendly staff - parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free - breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that - restaurant and rooftop bar was closed

พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก ให้การต้อนรับและให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี โรงแรมทันสมัยมาก ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่เป็นอย่างดี อาหารเช้าเต็มรูปแบบที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก และห้องพักก็สะอาดเอี่ยม มีสระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งพร้อมหลังคาเลื่อน ทำเลที่แดดส่องถึงมาก ห้องออกกำลังกายที่ดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในท้องถิ่น ร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ศูนย์การค้าขนาดใหญ่อยู่ใกล้ๆ และ IKEA อยู่ในระยะเดินถึง โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองไปหลายไมล์ แต่สามารถนั่งแท็กซี่ได้ และป้ายรถประจำทางอยู่ห่างออกไป 20 นาที พนักงานทุกคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ เป็นการเข้าพักที่เพลิดเพลินมาก

Staff from the lobby was very nice and friendly, we were able to check in the room earlier once the room was available. He helped us booking the taxi, recommended the time to leave for our flight. We really appreciate his helps. It made us feeling home and relax. I definitely recommend to stay!

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Pequeña piscina para refrescarte. El comedor está muy bien decorado. El desayuno es básico pero de calidad. En general el hotel es muy elegante, servicio estupendo, muy amables. Limpia la habitación cada día, detalle muy importante. Muy contenta con el hotel y el servicio. Lo recomiendo! Está bien ubicado!!

เราพักอยู่ชั้น 20 ซึ่งมีวิวสวยมากและอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินมาก จึงสะดวกต่อการเดินทางไปยังทุกที่ ห้องน้ำแยกเป็นโซนแห้งและโซนเปียก มีน้ำอุ่นเพียงพอ แรงดันน้ำสูง และไดร์เป่าผมที่แรงมาก เตียงนอนยังสบายมากและไม่ยุบตัว แต่...ดูเหมือนว่าโคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะอันหนึ่งไม่ได้ต่อกับสวิตช์ เราเลยต้องถอดปลั๊กออกเพื่อให้ได้สภาพแวดล้อมในการนอนที่มืดสนิท

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสบาย และทันสมัย สั้นๆเลย สมบูรณ์แบบ!

มาพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สาม แต่ประสบการณ์เริ่มแย่ลงเรื่อยๆ ครั้งแรกของทั้งหมดไม่มีรองเท้าแตะและแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟันในห้อง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่เยอะและจานไม่สะอาดมาก ที่สําคัญคือห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ห้องน้ํามักจะมีเสียงน้ําไหลเอื่อย ในคืนสุดท้ายมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหรือประตูร้านชั้นล่างรถบรรทุกขนาดใหญ่ไม่รู้ว่าจะขนอะไรขึ้น เริ่มประมาณ 1 โมงเช้า รถบรรทุกก็ดังขึ้น ใช้เวลามากกว่าสองชั่วโมงกว่าจะหยุด พนักงานยกกระเป๋ายังคงพูดคุยเสียงดังและเปิดเสียง ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือห้องใหญ่พอ ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมาที่วาเลนเซีย ฉันจะไม่พักที่โรงแรมนี้อีก

Very nice hotel for the price, and they recently renovated so we noticed the difference from when we visited in early 2024. I especially like the breakfast, great selection and very tasty. My only complaint would be the lack of cotton buds in the amenities, but that’s not a big deal.

This hotel was convenient to Alicante airport. There was a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and cold meats and cheeses. The cooked breakfast wasn’t hot but adequate. Staff on reception and restaurants were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with everything you need.
