On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

酒店位置在巴彥淖爾市政府對面，道路寬敞，交通便利，酒店乾淨衞生，停車位很多，大堂有免費的開水和紅茶，特別方便，酒店人員服務周到熱情，尤其是前台小李，耐心細緻解答我們的問題，這次住宿實在是太滿意了，有機會還要再過來體驗！

The location is convenient, with a mall diagonally across the hotel. The front desk staff are polite. A common problem in China is that people will still smoke even in non-smoking premises. I couldn't sleep well as I could smell the smoke coming from the ventilation duct. The hotel can also check their sheets and not use sheets that have a hole in them.

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. The hostess and her family and staff were amazing; friendly, helpful. Our room in a yurt was very comfortable. There is a covered upstairs over the main office to sit and look out over the grasslands. There is a restaurant that serves very good local food and cold beer. The breakfast was healthy, delicious and filling. The entrance to the Volcano park is 300 or 400 meters away. We hope to bring our friends and our family back for visits in the future.
