Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

The food in the restaurant is very good, has a nice atmosphere, good location

The front desk staff doesn't seem to have any interest in working. No greeting and blackface throughout. Saw us struggling with luggage at the front door without providing any assistance. Both just stare at you. This hotel is very expensive with poor service. I guess you pay for the location and convenience.

คุ้มราคามาก มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้าม สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินได้ รถบัสสนามบินเชื่อมต่อกับรถไฟใต้ดินสาย 1 ประมาณ 800 เมตร ห้องพักสะอาด ทําอาหารได้ มีเตาแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้าและเครื่องดูดควัน พี่สาวที่แผนกต้อนรับใจดีมากและสามารถเก็บสัมภาระได้ ราคาเหมาะสมมาก อาคาร มี รปภ. รู้สึกปลอดภัย มีทุกอย่างให้กินและดื่ม ทําเลใจกลางเมือง ชั้นสูงมาก มองเห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน กลับมาพักที่นี่

We came very late, 1:14am due to flight delayed and the Conceirge was still opened for us and received a warm greetings. Breakfast has various food. We stayed for 2 nights and will come back to our next trip!

The hotel is nice and well located in an area close to many restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance. Nice terrace on the top floor, rooms are clean, new and practical. Lacking a Bluetooth radio in my opinion. The gym is good, but you need to bring your own water as they don’t have there. They have water to refill your bottle if you need. Breakfast is good, and standard. Overall very good stay.
