Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

This was my third stay here in the last week as I used the airport as a base for travel. Holiday Inn is perfect for this. Super easy to get to from both domestic and international airports. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great wifi. Good breakfast. Nice bar and relaxation area. This hotel comes with my strongest recommendation.

The food in the restaurant is very good, has a nice atmosphere, good location

If you need internet don't stay here. Terrible wifi

Passamos 6 dias hospedados no hotel, tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto, porém foram bastante solícitos conosco. É bem localizado perto de mercado, restaurantes e estações de metrô. O local por perto é conhecido por ser perigoso, mas tomamos cuidado ao sair e não tivemos nenhum problema relacionado a isso. Foram dias maravilhosos e recomendo pelo conforto que tive nesses dias, e pelo apoio das meninas.

A standard Mariott-class hotel with modern and clean rooms. The reception guy was very helpful (thank you, Olaf), the restaurant menu was overpriced as usual (but you really don't have any other choice nearby). For the free shuttle service you should sign up beforehand, either at the reception desk or through the communication on this site (the seats on the shuttle van are limited). The shuttle leaves every quarter (15 minutes) past an hour (20.15, 21.15 and so on) from the domestic terminal (look for the pink column outside the arrivals) and every hour (20.00, 21.00) from the hotel.

The hotel’s biggest highlight is its unbeatable location, right near the airport with a free shuttle service available. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the night-shift staff are incredibly patient and attentive. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect at all during my stay, and it was too late to sort out the issue when I noticed it.

酒店總體上還行，在一個比較安全的區域，但是早餐比較一般。附近有個中餐館，安徽人開的，吃的比較習慣，當然價格不算很便宜。總體上還行吧，下次來應該還是要住這一家。

This a nice hostel with great potential. We had a lovely room with tv and kitchenette but the kitchenette wasn’t really usable as the job wouldn’t work and there wasn’t enough utensils. Similarly the outdoor shared kitchen didn’t have enough utensils to be usable. The pool area was nice enough. Our highlight though was the breakfast and the lovely friendly lady from Nicaragua who was serving it, she is a great asset to the company. The area is ok and you can walk to the centre but it’s definitely not one of the best areas in the city.
