- Não cumpriram com o horário do check-in, só teve quarto liberado a partir das 15h30 e eu me atrasei para o evento que iria por causa desse atraso para entrar no quarto. - O hotel fica na região central de SP, enquanto estava na recepção entrou um cara pedindo dinheiro e os seguranças não fizeram nada. - Café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade, pães secos e quase nada de opções de bolos por exemplo, ou seja, se você cogitar pagar café da manhã por fora não vale a pena, melhor comer em alguma padaria em SP que vale mais a pena. - Enquanto estava no banho entrou uma camareira no meu quarto falando que no sistema eu já tinha feito check-out, fiquei bem constrangida com a situação.

Нам достался номер на 2-м этаже с видом на улицу. Остекление в номерах одинарное и ночью было очень шумно (какие то разговоры, мотоциклы, погрузка/разгрузка и т.д.). В остальном хороший просторный номер со всем необходимым. Хорошие завтраки (не супер, но хорошие). Очень удобное расположение для прогулок по Avenida Paulista.

En general todo fue muy correcto. Lo único en el restaurante faltaba alguien que hablara ingles pero muy educados y serviciales. Volveré

Good hotel for overnight stay. The swimming pool is large but not heated. Breakfast is good. AC in the room was accompanied by a hole in the wall directly to the street, behind a door from wood composite. So street noise insulation was zero. Ask for a room, not facing the street - it is quite busy during the whole night. Shuttle to the airport is all right.

Outstanding location, great service and clean facilities! The refurbished rooms are the best option

Hotel simples mas atendeu a necessidade. Excelente atendimento de todos da equipe, café da manhã muito bom com variedade de sucos, frutas, bolos, pães e etc. Muito bem localizado, dá pra ir a pé ao centro da cidade, mercado municipal, Sesc e restaurantes. O único ponto que poderia melhorar, são as toalhas do quarto que não estão em bom estado.

the room was big enough but full of noises, the air condition is noisy and started every 30 minutes 😑 windows not fixed and street sounds clearly was in the room , i cant sleep there after 14hours flight the breakfast was ok wc was too old and should be renewd if you want to go there take this list with you slippers , tooth brush and adaptors

Local bem localizado, com uma estrutura agradável. Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.
