Quarto bom , porém os 2 quartos que reservamos não tinha água quente na torneira e nem No chuveiro , não tomamos banho , pois estava 8 graus !! Atendente disse que gerente iiria entrar em contato para ressarcimento , até hj nada !!

Нам достался номер на 2-м этаже с видом на улицу. Остекление в номерах одинарное и ночью было очень шумно (какие то разговоры, мотоциклы, погрузка/разгрузка и т.д.). В остальном хороший просторный номер со всем необходимым. Хорошие завтраки (не супер, но хорошие). Очень удобное расположение для прогулок по Avenida Paulista.

All the staff were great, they were all very polite, friendly and helpful, they really deserve a better product to sell. Unfortunately the room was quite basic, I'd like they had mattress and pillow protectors to make sleeping more comfortable and more hygienic. The air con can't handle the heat in summer, the room was always very hot.

Room is clean., but quite noisy because of flight and motorbike on main road. No Electricity for 2 nights and days but charge in full. As the boy said, this is São Paolo.

Hotel simples mas atendeu a necessidade. Excelente atendimento de todos da equipe, café da manhã muito bom com variedade de sucos, frutas, bolos, pães e etc. Muito bem localizado, dá pra ir a pé ao centro da cidade, mercado municipal, Sesc e restaurantes. O único ponto que poderia melhorar, são as toalhas do quarto que não estão em bom estado.

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

Local bem localizado, com uma estrutura agradável. Entretanto, na minha estadia tive um problema no quarto, no qual uma blusa sumiu. Tentei contato com a governança, abriram um chamado e não tive retorno do que poderia ter acontecido até então. Mesmo que seja uma blusa, com um valor simbólico, creio que se trate de uma questão de segurança grave.

位置還不錯，環境也很好，大家都很喜歡，後期，展會期間都會選擇這家，以後出差也會繼續來這裏住，後期會好

โรงแรมบรรยากาศดีมาก สุขาภิบาลดี สะอาดมาก ห้องพักมีขนาดกว้างขวางและมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่สมบูรณ์แบบ อาหารเช้าดี อาหารอร่อย ผลไม้เยอะและสดมาก
