ลงไปประชุมธุรกิจ พนักงานเป็นมิตรดี โรงแรมสะอาด อยู่ในทําเลกลางเมือง เราไม่มีปัญหาระหว่างที่เราอยู่ จะจองที่นี่อีก

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!

Nice service, decent amount of entertainment (air hockey, AI golfs), convenient transportation, relatively cheap foods around, excellent experience!

All the staff at this hotel, including the servers at the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. Steven at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

ฉันต้องจองโรงแรมในนาทีสุดท้ายเนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้า โรงแรมแห่งนี้ประหยัดงบประมาณมากกว่าตัวเลือกอื่นๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถรับส่งฟรี (ซึ่งฉันเชื่อว่ามีรถให้บริการชั่วโมงละ 1 คัน) โรงแรมค่อนข้างทรุดโทรมและเก่าตามราคาที่คาดไว้ แต่เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องพักสะอาด และพนักงานเช็คอินก็เป็นมิตร มีร้านอาหาร 1 ร้านในระยะที่เดินไปได้ แต่ร้านปิดเวลา 22.00 น.

Clean hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Had quiet restful stay.

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!
