There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and attentive!! She noticed my disability and even offered me a handicapped room and removed the 10.00 parking lot charge something I was totally unaware of Their rooms are always clean, nice and nothing more or nothing less than the traveler would need!! The bar was nice with live music but I had to get a barmaids attention after waiting for about 15 minutes in a practically empty bar. Margarita was OK. They only offered one kind.

A little luxury on my travels & in such a beautiful spot. The staff were lovely, the food, delicious, & the bed, comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

โรงแรมใจกลางเมืองเดนเวอร์นี้คุ้มค่ามากสำหรับการเดินทางช่วงฤดูหนาว มีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกเยอะและบรรยากาศดี การตกแต่งใหม่และสวยงาม เดินออกจากโรงแรมก็ช้อปปิ้งได้เลย แต่ที่จอดรถแพงมาก 45 ดอลลาร์ มีบริการรับจอดรถด้วย ซึ่ง Ctrip ไม่ได้ระบุราคาที่จอดรถไว้

โรงแรมที่ไม่เหมือนใคร! การแสดงดนตรีสดในบาร์เป็นช่วงเวลาที่ดีในการรับชม! ซุปเปอร์สะอาดและสะดวกสบายมาก คุ้มกว่าราคาสูงแน่นอน เราจะอยู่ที่นี่ทุกครั้งที่เราอยู่ในพื้นที่นี้จากนี้ไป สถานที่ที่สมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับคู่รักหรือวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์กับเพื่อนๆ

ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่ สะอาด และเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย! ฉันจะพิจารณาในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ!

TERRIBLE. Este es el momento en el no me devuelven el deposito que hice de 50 USD al ingresar al hotel. Lo quise hacer por efectivo y me dijeron que debia ser por la tarjeta pero ya han pasado 2 meses y no me han reintegrado mi dinero LO PEOR DE LA SITUACIÓN. El hotel no tiene ni whatsapp y el supuesto correo que brindan NO FUNCIONA. ES MUY TRISTE COMO UNA CADENA TAN RECONOCIDA HACE ESTO.
