We stayed here with a group of friends, booking several rooms, and we all had a wonderful time! The value for money is excellent, and the location couldn't be better — right in the city centre, but surprisingly peaceful. You can even sleep with the windows open! The only thing to keep in mind is the call to prayer, as there are quite a few mosques in Turkey. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs just in case, although I personally slept perfectly well without them. One of our favourite things about the hotel was the lovely rooftop terrace with its beautiful view over the bay. We loved gathering there in the evenings to chat and enjoy each other's company. It was such a lovely spot! There's no breakfast service, but the kitchen has everything you need for a simple breakfast, including tea, a kettle, drinking water and tableware. It's quite small, so it's better suited to preparing light meals rather than cooking elaborate dishes. There's also no dishwasher, so you'll need to wash the dishes yourself. If you'd prefer to eat out, there are plenty of cafés nearby, so finding a nice spot for breakfast is easy. Our room was cosy, clean and freshly renovated. We felt comfortable there throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the owners' help in arranging an airport transfer for our whole group. It made things so much easier for us! A big thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, great value for money and a lovely atmosphere in the heart of the city.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

We absolutely loved this charming hotel! Conveniently located near the main road, surrounded by a beautiful green garden. Our room was small but stylish, spotless and cozy, with natural materials, twin beds, slippers, a hairdryer and a lovely garden view. There’s even a place to dry clothes after hiking. The highlight was the gorgeous dining terrace, where complimentary tea and coffee are available all day. Enjoying Turkish tea from a samovar with fresh herbs after a long hike was pure bliss! Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, with eggs cooked to order. Dinner portions were huge, pices are reasonable and Anastasia’s homemade cheesecake was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Special thanks to Anastasia, who speaks Russian and helped us with everything. A wonderful combination of comfort, nature, great food and genuine hospitality. Peaceful, welcoming and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

It was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant. In all other aspects everything was good! Would recommend and come again!

Lovely little family hotel in the heart of daylan. This hotel is run very well and deniz an her father made me feel very welcome, they are fantastic people and nothing is to much trouble. They go out of there was to make sure you are comfortable an even cooked me a meal an picked me up from the bus station which was very kind of them. The breakfast is 5 star, the best I have had in turkey, everything was fresh an something new every day. The chefs were also brilliant too. Rooms very clean an pool an garden area delightfull. Минусы: - нет лифта (к счастью, у нас был второй этаж); - прохладная вода в бассейне, возможно, потому что часть дня находится в тени (для кого-то это плюс, но мы с детьми любим потеплее); - отсутствие кондиционера в спальне, кондиционер был только на кухне; - плохая звукоизоляция (было слышно, как говорили женщины по-соседству, как плакал среди ночи ребенок). Плюсы: - наличие стиральной машины и сушилки на балконе (сэкономили на прачечной); - номер чистый, просторный и светлый. Есть два балкона, на одном из которых приятно позавтракать; - красивый вид на горы из окна; - замечательный персонал (отдельное спасибо девушке, которая поделилась стиральным порошком). - удобное расположение - недалеко от выезда из города, хотя в Акьяке все близко.
