I stayed in Red Hotel for me to have a place to sleep after going to a party. I expected that I will be provided with toothbrush and toothpaste as the usual standard that a hotel provides but they charged for it. If u would bring a car, expect that you cannot park in the Red Planet building. They only have like 6 parking slot in the building, but a lot in the common area parking. My experience is that I parked 300 meters away from the building. For context, Red Planet is situated where there are nearby hotels and restobars. In my room, it is clean, water pressure in shower is good, AC is good and cool. I slept good.

An excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

The hotel is decent with a pool and resto. They have wifi and 24 hr security. Its a good hotel for budget travelers who just needs to stay for a night or 2. Access to public transportation is very near. Staff were very helpful.

I cannot recommend this enough. Everything is perfect. We even got a voucher for next stay. We are definitely going to book at the place again.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. Super cozy and clean. This is a highly recommended unit for a hassle-free staycation. Amenities are complete, and the place is just as advertised in the photos. Too bad we couldn't access the swimming pool and the beach area because the pool was closed and there was no water.

The room is clean and spacious for its price. Food is great in the restaurant. Though the room we got is not soundproof, we hear vehicle engines at closed doors. The only issue our group had was the blankets are not like blankets at all. They are thin and doesn't provide warmth at all when the AC is set to a low temp. We had to set the AC at high temp when we sleep so we could sleep a bit bitter. Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.
