Enjoyed our stay! The room is clean and hotel smells nice, I think we stayed in their new building though. Service is 10/10.

An excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

I can recommend you this hotel if you are only going to sleep here. Location is ok but there's really nothing much to do within the area. Staff were all great, super polite and helpful.

I cannot recommend this enough. Everything is perfect. We even got a voucher for next stay. We are definitely going to book at the place again.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. Super cozy and clean. This is a highly recommended unit for a hassle-free staycation. Amenities are complete, and the place is just as advertised in the photos. Too bad we couldn't access the swimming pool and the beach area because the pool was closed and there was no water.

The room is clean and spacious for its price. Food is great in the restaurant. Though the room we got is not soundproof, we hear vehicle engines at closed doors. The only issue our group had was the blankets are not like blankets at all. They are thin and doesn't provide warmth at all when the AC is set to a low temp. We had to set the AC at high temp when we sleep so we could sleep a bit bitter. Additional info: Deposit of 1k collected upon check in You can dine at the restaurant and have the bill on your room to be paid at checkout There are water dispensers at the hallway except in 4F No elevator Ramp or stair can be used going up No slippers
