Hotel Escala Siglo XXI is an old property but is a good option for the following reasons : - Excellent price for value - Convenient access from Mexico international airport - Spacious rooms with good light and good bed - Classical Mexican style hotel

Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities.

位置不太好，對面酒吧很吵，衞生不太達標

Negatives: Das Hotel hatte zwar WiFi, aber es ist immer abgebrochen oder ging gar nicht erst. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig. Das Badezimmer war undicht und nach dem duschen waren immer die Füße nass, sobald man ins Bad wollte und es hat geschimmelt. Im Zimmer war keine Klimaanlage. Es war zwar ein Ventilator bereit gestellt, aber keine Steckdose griffbereit. Positives: Die Lage ist extrem gut. Man kommt schnell überallhin mit dem Uber oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Personal ist freundlich, auch wenn es kein Englisch kann, oder nur schlecht.

Hotel is within the airport. Very convenient for early morning departure. But seems to be lacking in sign board to easily locate the hotel. Comfy bed and pillows are the best part of my stay in this hotel.

Everything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting. The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105) We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

Cuando llego al Hotel, me dicen que trip no autoriza mi pago y me vuelven a cobrar curiosamente más barato para que posteriormente cuando trip decida pagarle al Hotel, el Hotel cancelaría el segundo pago que me hizo fue muy desagradable, ya que además demostrarles que ya estaba apagado, no había otra manera más que volver a pagar para realizar el check in Fos

Excelente hotel. Tienen servicio de resguardo de equipaje. Todos muy amables. La alberca está calientita.
