ตามเว็บไซต์ Veranda เป็น ”จุดหมายปลายทางที่สมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับผู้ที่กําลังมองหาความเงียบสงบ...” ดังนั้นเราจึงจองคืนหนึ่งเพื่อหลบเสียงของพิธีข้างบ้านของเรา เมื่อมาถึงเราต้องเปลี่ยนห้องเพราะมีพิธีดังมากใกล้โรงแรมด้วย ห้องเตียงแฝดที่สองเงียบกว่า แต่ดูเหมือนการลดระดับจากห้องเตียงคู่เดิมของเรา ต่อมาในคืนนั้นก็มีคาราโอเกะดังมากในบริเวณใกล้เคียงซึ่งรบกวนห้องของเรา โรงแรมบอกว่าไม่มีอะไรที่พวกเขาสามารถทําได้หากเสียงรบกวนจากโรงแรมของพวกเขา ในตอนเช้าเราตื่นขึ้นมาด้วยเสียงงานก่อสร้างดังประมาณ 100 เมตร มีการเผาไหม้จํานวนมากในพื้นที่ดังนั้นเมื่อคุณนั่งในร้านอาหารหรือออกไปที่ระเบียงก็ค่อนข้างควัน โดยรวมแล้วไม่ใช่ความคิดของฉันเกี่ยวกับความเงียบสงบ ดูเหมือนว่าในกัมพูชาจะหาสถานที่เงียบสงบและอากาศบริสุทธิ์ในกัมพูชาในปัจจุบัน มันเศร้ามาก น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมสวยมากพนักงานเป็นมิตรและอาหารเช้าดีมาก สุดท้ายก็เสียทริป เวลา และเงิน :(

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a lovely clean swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent for the price paid. Bit noisy during the day at present as they are having a new extension to the hotel being built. Food in the restaurant is good value and drinks were reasonably priced. Could do with having relaxing chairs in the bar area as it lacks a cosy place to enjoy a drink. We will definitely be staying again.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Quiet bungalow near the sea. Peaceful in the day, but no nearby activities at night. Good for rest.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

โรงแรมบริหารงานโดยฝรั่งเศส มีบริการจีน และกระตือรือร้นมาก สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ การจัดวางผังห้องได้ลงตัว สง่างาม ไม่สูญหาย และการบริการที่เอาใจใส่ทำให้ผู้คนสะดวกสบายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทุกที่ที่ฉันลำบาก วันนี้อายุ 30 ปีแล้ว และฉันจะให้แขกชาวจีนสองสามคนมาฉลองตรุษจีน ราคาก็สมเหตุสมผลมาก คราวหน้าไปเที่ยวไบม่าจะพักที่โรงแรมนี้

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก รูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมเป็นไม้มะฮอกกานี/ไม้เนื้อแข็ง สไตล์เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ดังนั้นทุกคนที่มาพักที่โรงแรมจึงเป็นชาวกัมพูชาในท้องถิ่น โรงแรมทั้งหมดเป็นวิลล่าครอบครัวเดี่ยวหรือทาวน์เฮาส์ และไม่มีชั้นสอง มีทั้งหมดประมาณ 13-14 ห้อง แต่ละห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มาก ห้องคู่ที่เราพักมีขนาดกว่า 120 ตารางเมตร รวมไปถึงลานเล็กๆตรงประตูด้วย มีแขกน้อย ดังนั้นพนักงานต้อนรับจะจดจำสถานที่ที่คุณอาศัยอยู่ โทรหาคุณด้วยชื่อ และให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศ อาหารเช้าโดยทั่วไปไม่เข้มข้นเท่าในประเทศจีน แต่มีตลาดอาหารทะเลอยู่ข้างๆจึงไม่สำคัญ
