Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. Soins et spa très appréciables. Intérieur et extérieur bien entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel très professionnel. Seule déception la piscine, elle mérite une rénovation totale (manque par endroit des petits carreaux et du ciment colmate tant bien que mal l’ensemble des divers usures) , bien dommage nous n’en avait pas profité.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The best located hotel and the queen room with the balcony is nothing less than a memory forever Suri g the stay. The reception was very helpful and allowed an early check-in immediately on arrival and the stay was very comfortable. The check in check out was smooth and they even assisted in booking a cab for the station. Overall such a wonderful experience that I am writing this review when I have already rebooked this for my next 3 nights 💖❤️

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

I would definitely come back to this hotel and choose to stay in Monterosso again when I go back to Cinque Terre! Highly recommend this to friends and family as well! The location is very good, just walking distance to train station, beach and the lively ***** of Monterosso is just minutes away, the staff is very responsive, love that I always come home late in the day to a very clean bedroom, the breakfast has a very good spread and nice atmosphere as well which is a fantastic way to start the day, and if you leave early before breakfast starts, they offer you at least the cappuccino. They offer free beach towel and beach umbrella as well which is great! Hopefully I would be back again as I’m from the other side of the world. Thanks for my delightful and unforgettable stay not just to the hotel but to Monterosso in general!

Номера находятся на 0 по европейским меркам этаже, из-за этого очень холодный пол. Вид из окна на внутренний двор-колодец с помойкой - даже не видно, какая погода на улице. Из-за отсутствия солнца и воздуха в номере очень влажно, вещи совершенно не сохнут, из-за холода в ванной влага конденсируется прямо на стенах и на полу и стенах по всей комнате стоит слой воды. Есть окно в ванной, но за несколько дней там ни разу не было сухо. Обогреватели не работали и в сентябре при +22 на улице было холодно. Выбирала по хорошим отзывам о хозяевах, но их вообще не видели за 3 дня. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут до вокзала, но в след.раз однозначно буду искать что-то другое.

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The staff were highly professional—polite, attentive, and genuinely insightful in offering recommendations and local information, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and quality to start the day right. A refined and comfortable stay—I would absolutely return.

Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable. It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
