We stayed with family in family room location is ok, on main road, services was very good himself by rajivji and food was deicious in taste but they are lacking in hot water providing, no reception. Counter, no dinning hall etc hotel was under painting shree rajiv has many challenges to solve regards

Overall excellent stay. The hospitality was really good. The property is beautiful and very tastefully done - retaining the vintage charm. The stay offers an excellent sunset and sunrise view. The last 600 m of the road is pretty bad and the hotel provides free pick up and drop in their 4x4 vehicle. The last 3 kms in the national park is slightly bad too and would need a car with good clearance - however the property is in constant touch and provides guidance and support as needed. Overall a great stay and would love to go again.

Excellent location on hill top afroud 15 minutes from mall road library chowk.Main road was closed due construction work so we had to alternate road to approch hotel which is quite narrow at some points.still very good experience though breakfast changes were quite high so we did our breakfast outside .

Overall the stay was good. Staff was good and also helped us with early check in. The location of hotel is very good very near to the bus stand or taxi stand. The only issue is that the bathroom was little smelly and also there was a leakage somewhere in the bathroom.

Overall good stay.. The room and bathroom are clean . The staff is professional, the inhouse food facility is not there.Hotel is very near and walking 5-10 min from railway and bus stand. Hot water, Towel , shower gel, electric kettle, normal water all amenities are in the Hotel.

Our stay was good, initially the villa offered was not clean, ants crawling, untidy floor and sofa was torn with untidy covers. We asked for a different villa to which they agreed and it was much better and clean. Hospitality was good, dining area and food was good but there were bees after a certain time flying on the salad if left unattended. Bathrooms were clean and tidy but the toilet seat was loose and needed plumbing the whole sheet was out. They attended us quite nicely and everything was made available whenever asked for. The property is quite beautifully buil, overall we had a good stay.
