Honestly, don’t think twice about staying here. I had a lovely stay at this hotel and il definitely be rebooking when I revisit Dublin. I booked the studio as it was just me travelling solo! It was clean, comfortable, and definetly sustainable. It was compact but also spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location was great and made getting around the city very easy. Downstairs in the lobby was a very relaxing and moody aesthetic, perfect for working and to the other side was the dining area. There’s so much to unpack here, just book it!!

The location is PERFECT. My first time visiting Dublin and it was literally seamless because of this hotel, the location is supreme, the coffee shop downstairs is so comfortable and makes legitimately good coffee. The room was the perfect size for me and my sister. The bathroom is a great size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The washing machine in the room was also very convenient. Staff were really helpful and overall this was amazing service! Everything in central Dublin is walking distance and you are extremely close to the tram/Luas too

Overall experience was good. Rooms were a little small and compact, but it seems to be the common theme in Dublin. The sheets on our bed had some stains and hair on it, which was a bit of a turn off, and the bed was not too comfortable to sleep on as well. Room amenities are pretty much bare bones. Check in experience was pleasant, as we arrived early and our room was ready. The lobby and bar look fantastic, and the hotel is centrally located. Thank you to the front desk staff for allowing us to check in early for our stay.

Great Location. Room is a bit small and can also be cleaner. Hotel staff is able to locate the shirts that I forgot in the room however, hotel staff is not able to send the shirts back to me even as I was willing to pay. I had to arrange my own courier service to pick them up. Surprised that Hilton cannot provide this service.

No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

As my reason to stay was the proximity to the airport, the hotel exceeded my expectations as the room was small but comfy, they have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast attached to the hotel and in minutes I could get a taxi to the airport. Great value for money.
