โรงแรมอินดิโกอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟบาธสปาโดยใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 8 นาที หากไม่ได้เช็คอินเวลา 15.00 น. กรุณาฝากกระเป๋าไว้ โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากโรงอาบน้ำโรมันและมหาวิหาร ทำให้สามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลายแห่งได้สะดวก ฉันกลับมาหลัง 15.00 น. เพื่อรับบัตรห้องพัก และพนักงานได้นำกระเป๋าของฉันมาส่งที่ห้องพักเรียบร้อยแล้ว ฉันพักในห้อง 220 ซึ่งอยู่ชั้นใต้ดิน ห้องพักได้รับการออกแบบอย่างมีเอกลักษณ์ มีรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง มินิบาร์มีเครื่องดื่มฟรี 4 แก้ว เครื่องชงกาแฟ และขนมชอร์ตเบรด 2 ชิ้น (รสเลมอนอร่อยมาก) เตียงนอนสบาย ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำมีแรงดันน้ำแรงและอุณหภูมิกำลังดี มุมห้องไม่สะอาดแต่ก็สะอาดดี มีร่องรอยของราสีน้ำตาลให้เห็นชัดเจน มีที่นั่งมากมายในพื้นที่สาธารณะ อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก เนื่องจากเป็นอาคารเก่าแก่ จึงไม่มีลิฟต์ ทำให้การขนสัมภาระขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นลงเป็นเรื่องยาก ขอบคุณพนักงานต้อนรับที่เป็นมิตรที่ช่วยยกกระเป๋าขึ้นห้อง ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เลยค่ะ

We booked a coach house and stayed for one night. The room decoration is so nice and music was playing when you entered the room! There were snacks like candy, ice-cream, crisps and drinks provided at the little pantry just outside our room. Our kid was so excited about this. The reception lady who helped us to check in was very sincere and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was also superb! We are really happy about our stay here.

The hotel is an incredible building which must take some maintenance. We booked a double room for one night and arrived at lunchtime with the intention of sightseeing in bath for a couple of days. The hotel was happy for us to park all day both days which was great. The check in process (after 3pm) was very easy and we had a very clean room with plenty of towels, 2 robes and slippers for the spa/pool. The double room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The hotel pool was crowded and looking a little tired but was as expected. The outside heated pool was very nice and relaxing. We didn’t have any spa treatments or use the gym but both looked well kept and the gym had good modern equipment. We didn’t eat in the restaurant preferring to find a restaurant in bath itself. Breakfast was a bit of a chaotic affair with several hotel staff doing various jobs with no apparent coordination. The wait for a table, then coffee was long and then we had to wait again to order breakfast. The whole process of breakfast took well over an hour which is poor. It was clear that there was no clear process as some tables were getting their cooked breakfast before us even though we were taken to our table 30 mins before them. The little waiter man with his paper pad was a bit useless. When the ‘full English’ breakfast came it was a small plate of well cooked food but not really as described in the menu. In terms of portion size it was more like a kids breakfast. We weren’t served any toast either and had to ask for it unlike other tables who received it with their drinks order which seemed a bit weird. The continental buffet was a bit scarce with no bowls or spoons so we had to use our fruit juice glasses for the yogurt and fruit. The whole thing could be improved with a breakfast buffet under a hot plate if they haven’t got enough staff to serve it.

The hotel all in all is very good. Clean, polite staff and location is perfect. Parking will have to be in the public parking around the corner which is about £20 for a day. Online it said the hotel offers halal food but once we got there they said they aren't sure they do it. The staff also informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat at the restaurant that day because they were booked for a function, but we feel this should've been communicated beforehand by email etc. Other than this I think this hotel is the best in the area and is very classy and welcoming.
