การเก็บเสียงของห้องดีถึงแม้จะเป็นบ้านที่หันหน้าไปทางถนนแต่ปิดหน้าต่างแล้วแทบจะไม่ได้ยินเสียงภายนอกเลย อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีน้ำส้มคั้นสดด้วย ในห้องไม่มีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก แต่ทางโรงแรมอนุญาตให้เรานำของที่เราซื้อไปใส่ในตู้เย็นในห้องครัว ซึ่งถือว่ามีน้ำใจมาก พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตรและสุภาพ อีกทั้งไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อนในห้อง

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

อยู่ที่นิวยอร์กเพื่อร่วมพิธีรับปริญญากับครอบครัวของเรา และมีห้องสวีทเตียงคู่พร้อมห้องนั่งเล่นแยกเป็นสัดส่วนและมุมครัว พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและน่าพอใจมาก ย่านที่ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมร้านอาหารชั้นเยี่ยมมากมาย และมีเครื่องซักผ้า / เครื่องอบผ้าเป็นข้อดีอย่างมาก

This hotel is right across the Gare Saint-Roch station, also around d the corner is the tram station. Walk one block you will get to Comede. It is very convenient. There are a few stairs from the elevator to my room. This is the only inconvenience. The staff are very friendly.

Excellent séjour, bel hôtel

Centrally located, easy uber from the Airport..very clean and well organised. Reception staff very helpful. Has free transport to the Airport and Train station on some days. Lots of good bars about 10/15 minute walk from the hotel. No bar and I did not eat in the hotel.

Was probably top of the line in the 70‘s or whenever they last did their decoration. Great location.

Will recommend due with convenience location. It’s very close to the Grotto of Lourdes the main attraction. But hotel is very old and mouldy in bathroom window. I a breakfast, I went down nearly 10 for breakfast and already finished I was told. But still charge me 10 euro. I tried to requested a crossaint I was told all finished. And nothing left , apart from square brown bread baguettes. I said I don’t eat baguettes it’s hard. Reception told whatever is there that’s all they got. He charged for 9 euro for 2 slices of brown bread and a cup of coffee. Not happy ☹️
