Location: The hotel is well-located, with many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, making it quite convenient for getting around. Service: The service is average—nothing particularly enthusiastic as rumored, but no major issues either. Facilities :The facilities are generally okay, but the comfort of the mattress leaves something to be desired and could use improvement. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is acceptable, with no significant problems noted.

Todo muy bien , la habitación amplia, luminosa y muy limpia, espectacular la bañera y el servicio muy bien, nos atendió Enrique y muy contentos, espectacular trato de su parte!

El único problema era que durante las dos noches que estuvimos, alrededor de las 22:30/23:00 en la habitación contigua, 417 abrían el grifo de la bañera durante una hora y el ruido se hacía muy molesto y no permitía el descanso. También la dificultad para controlar la calefacción, hacia mucho calor. A parte de esto todo muy bien.

Ubicación excelente, para visitar el centro histórico y con todas las opciones de restauración. Parking pequeño, pero hay otro muy cercano. Buena atención por el personal de recepción.

This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough
