Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Die Empfangsdame freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sauber. Was wir nicht wussten, dass dort Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind, welche Security 24/7 erfordern und haben deshalb auf Zubuchung von Frühstück verzichtet, da es herging wie in einer Jugendherberge. Das sollte man anders lösen für Hotelgäste. Trotz 24/7 Security und Bezahlung von Parkgebühren wurde die Autoscheibe nachts eingeschlagen, bei mehreren Fahrzeugen.In dieser Situation war das Personal völlig überfordert.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Hotel at good location, walking distance to major attractions with many eateries around. We are upgraded to the junior suite, the room is big and the bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful, will recommend this hotel to those visiting Dresden. Walking to Dresden HBF is about 20 mins which is not very far.

Hotel have ideal location for the trip to the airport and visit to the city. Breakfest is googld. Hotel is very clean.
