The quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing. The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city). Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.

Good location in the old city. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terraces provide a good view. Room is small and furnitures are dated, but acceptable, breakfast buffet average with limited selection. Overall not too bad but expensive for what’s on offer.

Excellent location and was very clean but not a good host : - put us in the wrong room first (we paid the most expensive one and he wanted to put us in the least expensive) - payed twice the room and did not apologise (and of course he gave my money back in cash) - said i coud find Yandex easily for the airport at 6am in Khiva and THAT WAS NOT THE CASE -Did not clean the room in 3 days... Felt that we were bothering them

ฉันชอบทุกอย่าง โรงแรมใหม่ ความสะอาด เตียง ผ้าเช็ดตัว เตียงนอนสบาย ปลอดภัย อาหารเช้าที่สวยงาม เดิน 5 นาทีไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว พบกับชาและขนมท้องถิ่น อาศัยอยู่ที่อายุ 15 ปี แต่เรามาถึงเวลา 12 โมงและได้รับอนุญาตให้ตั้งถิ่นฐานทันที อัพเกรดห้องโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เมื่อเรารู้ว่าสามีของเธอมีวันเกิด พวกเขานําห้องชมจากโรงแรม ยําและถั่ว ในตอนเย็นบนระเบียงพร้อมวิวเมืองเก่าเราสั่งอาหารเย็น ไม่มีใครอยู่บนระเบียงนอกจากเรา ปรากฎว่าเป็นเมืองเก่าที่โรแมนติกมาก อาหารอร่อย และดวงจันทร์ พนักงานโรงแรมแสดงความยินดีในวันเกิดและให้ไวน์หนึ่งขวด เราชอบโรงแรมและบริการมาก ทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

The desk staff was very friendly. They had a water fountain that lets you refill your bottle. Overall this hotel is decent. It was within the old city so all tourist sites were within walking distance. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

Замечательное месторасположение. Хороший сервис. Говорят и по-русски и по-английски. Плотный завтрак. Замечательный отель. Номер телефона отеля, указанный на Trip.com, не функционирует.

Huge hotel, with lots atractions. Unfortynately long way from old town, you have to take a cab. Very nice staff. Good food at breakfast. Close to the market.
