We stayed in a premium room for 2 nights. The hotel is mostly well reconstructed, and the staff was helpful. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main entrance of old Itchan Kala. The room was okay; a large bed, enough tables for a short stay, a modern toilet, and a good shower with strong water pressure (our room was on the entrance level). The internet connection was also fine. I believe it is related to the city’s old infrastructure, but there was always a bad smell coming from the drain, especially after taking a shower. We had to open the room door and window to air out the room. The breakfast was the weak point. It was the worst breakfast we had in Uzbekistan. We went at 7:30, and the sliced fruits (banana and apple) were no longer fresh and had already turned black. The boiled eggs were cold. They also tried to serve European-style pastries, but I had the worst croissant I have ever tasted. Uzbekistan actually has very good bakeries and pastries. Instead of trying foreign products, they should focus on their local delicacies, which they can prepare much more successfully and tastefully. There were also not enough vegetables and no greens at all. They only served cucumbers, which is disappointing considering Uzbekistan has excellent vegetables and fresh herbs. During check-in, they offered cold tea/juice and nuts. The tea was tasty and refreshing, but the nuts were stale. They really need to improve the food section significantly. For our last day, since we had to leave early, they offered us a boxed breakfast during check-in and took note of it. However, at check-out, nothing was prepared. The receptionist had no idea about it, and we did not have time to wait.

酒店今年剛開業，是圍院式佈局，佔地面積非常大，但房間面積給得不算大，有些遺憾。入住時定的大床房，入住單卻顯示雙床，溝通後客房服務做了床位合併，稍微耽誤了一點出行時間，建議前台核對訂單更仔細些。 隔音確實不錯，但新裝修的味道還有殘留，好在窗户可以打開通風。早餐品種不算特別豐富，但有當地特色食物和水果，味道還行。 位置是最大亮點——就在古城北門口，安靜又方便，步行進古城毫無壓力。不過最讓人意外的是酒店氛圍：隔壁挨着一個大墓/陵寢，接待大廳外面還有一口石棺，感覺像是改建時沒法移動就保留了下來，獵奇感拉滿，但不影響正常入住。 唯一比較擔心的是裝修質量——才開業不久，浴室牆面已經開裂，房間踢腳線翹起，浴室玻璃門的吸力大到開門時整個門框都晃，有點怕它會塌。希望酒店儘快檢修加固。整體來説位置優秀、氛圍獨特，但硬件細節需要加強。

清潔度：十分に清掃の行き届いているホテルで、ホテル全体を通して不快感は一切ありませんでした。 ロケーション：ヒヴァの城壁内に位置する数少ないホテルです。素晴らしい！世界遺産内での宿泊は大変貴重な経験となりました。ヒヴァの城壁内のホテルであるため、城壁外からは少し歩くことになるため、その点については注意が必要かと思われます。 サービス：とても良かったです。チェックインの際に体調が優れない旨をカウンターの男性に伝えたところ、翌朝同じ男性から体調について尋ねられました。他にも日本の桜やサッカーの話を含め、お互いの話をできたため、とても貴重な文化交流の機会となりました。 設備・アメニティ：概ね満足できましたが、居室内にスリッパが無く、シャワールームの扉があまりに重かったため、星4とさせていただきました。

Our room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่า ห้องพักกว้างขวางมาก ซึ่งทำให้เราประหลาดใจ เพราะเราคาดว่าห้องพักจะคับแคบ เนื่องจากเป็นเกสต์เฮาส์ภายในป้อมปราการ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหม่ และระบบประปาดี อาหารเช้าดี มีให้เลือกมากมาย แต่เครื่องชงกาแฟเสีย เราอ่านรีวิวมาก่อนหน้านี้ว่ากาแฟต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม ดังนั้นเราจึงเตรียมเงินไว้แล้ว 😁 แต่แน่นอนว่าการคิดราคาเครื่องดื่มหลักในมื้อเช้าเพิ่มเป็นการตัดสินใจที่แย่มาก เห็นได้ชัดว่าพวกเขาตัดสินใจแก้ปัญหานี้ไปแล้ว 😅 โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันให้โรงแรมนี้ 5 ดาวเต็ม ฉันแนะนำเลย!

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

First of all, I booked this hotel because all the other hotels in the centre of Khiva look so outdated. You guys can see their toilet. Location wise a bit far. Need Yandex to go to city centre. But it is ok. Not bad. The bad part - NO AC IN THE ROOM. They have like a cooler but it didn’t help that much. Another bad part, the water pressure were not consistent. And a bit horror because no body else stay in this hotel during my stay. And the turn off some of the lights in the hotel, maybe to save electricity bill. The receptionists all were very helpful.

I due ragazzi al bancone sono molto gentili e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Le camere sono nuovissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Mi sono sentito a casa, seppur per solo una notte. Se dovessi tornare a Khiva, sceglierò senz’altro questa struttura.
