เราพักที่ Go Hotel หนึ่งคืนและโดยรวมแล้วมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี สภาพแวดล้อมสะอาดและพนักงานก็สะดวกสบายมาก ไม่แออัดซึ่งทําให้การเข้าพักผ่อนคลายมากขึ้น โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้า แม้ว่าจะไม่มีร้านอาหารภายในโรงแรม แต่ห้างสรรพสินค้าก็มีร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมาย

Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to Tacloban

All staff are polite, clean room and very accommodating staffs.  The Front desk sorted my concerns upon checking out, as I thought i did gave deposits, it was a Mistake in my part and i do apologise for the mistake.. Appreciate all the help specially to Adrian. I enjoyed my short stay. Will recommend and would love to stay next time./ Thank you.

Always great as per usual! Hotel Staff are always nice and helpful. I akways appreciate this place because I can pay with my card. Great food and facilities are what I needed. Would be nice if they updated faucets and other things.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

Good location and very accommodating reception. Place is near city proper

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

The doorman was really kind, very helpful, everybody smiling, but 2 women behind deck. besides them, everybody was super professional and kind.
