Very nice place to stay at. Very clean and close to beach.
Very friendly staff right through from restaurant to front office and front desk .
Made us feel welcomed
Accomodation was satisfactory. However, on our check out day we overslept and past our check out time. Instead of trying to contact us, hotel reception unlocked our doors and woke us up. Although the fault is entirely ours, this striked as a security and safety concern to us.
I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.
From moment we arrived lovely Sarah was so welcoming 100%.price was really good compared to other places we have stayed that cost more and wasn't worth money. Stones throw from the beach. Thus was our second time staying really enjoyed and had a really good night's sleep.lovely touch they give you a bottle of milk on arrival 😀
Situated only a few minutes walk to the centre made this a very good choice to stay in.
The room was of a good size and had a small kitchen area with all the essentials needed.
BBlessinggThis hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.

ผผู้เข้าพักMake no mistake, this place is old. The shower plug was rusty and looked nasty. The carpet is dirty. I killed six daddy long legs lurking in the room.
But the service was fine, and the room was the right size if you want three beds (for the room we stayed in). The TV size and quality were also good. Oh, and they had a gym, which many other places didn't offer, though the machines looked like they were from the 70s.
Proceed with low expectations, but go for it if the price is right for your budget.
MMyrkStyrStayed for 2 nights with wife and 8 year old son. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Our suite had amazing wraparound views of the bay. Parking spot was free and right next to our suite. WiFi was a bit spotty. Comfy bed. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Wonderful cafe in 2-3 min walk. The town was beautiful as well. Short drive north to the hot water beach was fun. I really liked this place. We made sure to clean up and do our dishes as note said extra fee if you left dirty dishes. Would highly recommend.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อLovely villas sitting up a hill with stunning and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean in the quaint Cable Bay, which is one of a few towns that make up Doubtless Bay. A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and just relax and chill while listening to the sound of the waves. If you book the one- or two-bedroom units, you’ll have access to a living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Our family really loved our stay! Highly recommended to all!
AA.V.Lal20We stayed here for one night as a couple traveling down to Whangarei for an eye appointment. The location is absolutely excellent, and the eye clinic was conveniently just a short walk away from the motel. The on-site amenities were quite good, but unfortunately, the customer service was poor and the overall cleanliness of the place was only average. While the location is incredibly convenient for medical visits, the service and upkeep definitely need improvement.
ผผู้เข้าพักA return trip to the Copthorne - I do like this place. The bathroom again needs an upgrade and the fridge is too small. All else was good which is why I keep returning. Have never eaten in the Hotel so cannot comment. Bar staff are scarce and usually distracted. But I keep coming back……..a beautiful location, close enough to the township but far enough away. I will be back - in fact have already booked for late April 😎👍🏻 Enjoy….
ผผู้เข้าพักBeautiful place with very sweet staff, however the water was non-potable. Yes, you read that right— not sure how that justifies $300/night or if that’s even legal. The porterhouse steak was unbelievably tough for the price so we passed on the $30 breakfast as we figured they probably didn’t learn how to cook overnight. Beautiful room and setting, although the giant soaking tub could not be used (the water again). Won’t return.
