I have to start with my highest rating first. The service provided by the gentleman who checked me in was top tier! Super sweet guy. Service was 10/10. I only stayed one night and didn’t explore the amenities so it wasn’t fair to give a poor rating. The cleanliness was okay, nothing terribly.  While the location itself was pretty peaceful, I’d definitely avoid this hotel, only IF you do not have your own transportation. It’s pretty impossible to get a Grab driver out to that location so that was the only downfall for me.

it was really really good! they let us late check in without any issue, not to mention the fact that the late checkout up until 4pm is only 75 ringgit. so good!

We had a wonderful stay at this rest house. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities that made our stay convenient. The environment was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured that everything was in perfect order. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this is one of the best rest houses we’ve stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

A pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the swimming pool is a great facility for guests, especially families. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides convenient facilities including a restaurant, free parking and Wi-Fi. Overall, a good place to stay in Kangar and highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.”

มาพักครั้งนี้ได้ห้องใหญ่กว่าเดิม. แต่ละห้องขนาดไม่เท่ากันขึ้นอยู่กับโชคชะตาของคุณ. ห้องได้ยินเสียงเดินและห้องข้างๆอย่างง่ายดายเพราะพื้นของโรงแรมปูด้วยบางอย่างที่จะได้ยินเสียงง่าย. ในช่วงเช้าตรู่ประมาณ 6 โมงถึง 8 โมงมีเสียงคนพูดคุยดังมากและเสียงหัวเราะดังมากๆๆๆฉันไม่แน่ใจว่าอาจจะเป็นพนักงานของโรงแรมก็เป็นได้เพราะฉันเห็นประตูห้องถูกเปิดไว้และกำลังทำความสะอาด. โรงแรมควรมีการแจ้งเตือนและอบรมพนักงานไม่ให้ส่งเสียงดัง ควรเกรงใจแขกและลูกค้าที่มาพัก. และโรงแรมควรติดป้ายประกาศห้ามส่งเสียงดัง. หากคุณมาพักในช่วงวันหยุดอาจจะโชคไม่ดีที่จะได้เจอเด็กวัยรุ่นชอบขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์แว้นเสียงดังบนถนนของโรงแรมและคุณจะได้ยินเสียงมัน. และถ้าหากคุณได้ห้องชั้น 2 พร้อมกับฝนตกคุณจะได้ยินเสียงฝนตกตลอดทั้งคืนอย่างง่ายดาย. ทุกห้องที่ฉันเคยมาพักขออ่างล้างหน้าไม่เคยสะอาด. และห้องนี้สายยางชำระฉีกขาด.

สะอาดมาก. คุ้มค่าเงินของคุณ การเช็คอินเช็คเอาต์เป็นเรื่องง่าย เราได้ห้องชั้นสอง พวกเขาไม่มีลิฟต์ แต่เราก็โอเคกับมัน

Good location.. large room.. parking space very limited.. extra towel request charge rm5 per pieces.. 1st impression.. smell cempedak fruit in the hotel.. staff should not eaten inside the hotel.. others ok.. hotel phone line no working.. we called reception using own phone

A little away from the Kangar city centre but shouldn't be a problem if you're traveling by car. A quiet place for a good night sleep. Free and enough parking lots for customers. Should be one of the best hotel in Kangar.
