Stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a great experience. The room felt new, clean, and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. I also appreciated having a fridge in the room—it was really convenient. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with good options to start the day. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Gym is too small . Minimal equipment

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

La atención del personal es amable, las instalaciones son básicas sin nada de lujo, más bien ya requiere mantenimiento. La comida del restaurante no la degusté, por lo que no tengo una opinión. Me alojé en el piso cuatro, donde una parte del piso 4 está en remodelación.
