โรงแรมอยู่ครึ่งทางขึ้นเขาพร้อมวิวสวย ตอนที่เราเช็คอินก็เป็นเวลา 19 หรือ 20.00 น. แล้ว เราจึงทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรม และราคาก็สมเหตุสมผล คณะทัวร์บังเอิญไปที่นั่นและเชิญคนพื้นเมืองมาเต้นรำ บรรยากาศก็คึกคักมาก
ห้องพักค่อนข้างสะอาด สบาย และมีเชือกแขวนอยู่ในห้องลิฟต์ แต่ละชั้นมีสีที่แตกต่างกัน
อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลายและพนักงานเสิร์ฟจะทักทายคุณอย่างสุภาพเมื่อเข้าและออก

Como muita gente já comentou, a localização é um problema pois fica numa ladeira, distante cerca de 15min da praça central (subindo na fé e pedindo a Deus forças pra chegar logo).
Pra quem vai fazer passeios muito cedo, tem opção de solicitar o café da manhã com antecedência (muito simples).
Cama confortável, banheiro limpo com água quente.
A altitude de Cusco não é para amadores como eu!
Em resumo, pelo valor que paguei e por usar apenas o lugar para dormir, segue um bom custoXbenefício!

マチュピチュに行くのに前泊の予約をしました。
フライトが遅れて結局泊まる事は出来ませんでしたが、チェックアウトの日にクスコ空港に到着したので3日後に宿泊する事をお伝えしたらこころよく荷物を預かってくださいました。

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference.
The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

房間設施齊備，前台接待熱情。工作人員甚至提供了酒精，方便我們處理傷口。酒店裝潢古樸典雅，環境幽靜。早餐也不錯，主要是住在修道院後院的感覺太棒了。

체력이 약한 여성분들이 묵을때는 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. (높은곳에 위치하고 있습니다. ) 하지만 전망이 매우 좋고 체력이 좋은 분들에게는 적당한 운동이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.
무엇보다도 주인 안젤리카씨가 정말 친절하고 좋은 사람이라는게 느껴져서 너무 좋았습니다 :)

ผผู้เข้าพักRecommend take uber or taxi to locale. The walk from Plaza Armas is approx 6 minutes but hilly and traffic both foot + car traffic is heavy. The hotel is an uphill climb as is all of the city. The doors open to a small court yard. To your left and right are schools. Just walk straight on and ring the door buzzer. They buzz the door open very promptly. If the court yard door is closed there is a door buzzer reachable from the sidewalk. Breakfast is made to order eggs, bread, good coffee + 3 types of juice. Owner + family are friendly + helpful. Room had a kettle + temperature control. Family speaks english. Enjoyed my stay.

The Stuff was friendly, gave us a take away breakfast. We could store our bags there for Free when we went to Machu Piccu.
Its Simple, try to not get a room with Windows to the main street but it calms down at 9pm.
Showers are hot and nice pressured
The Stuff came twice and ask if everything is okay
Overall I defently recommend it and would book it again

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the Machu Picchu train station and right on the side of the rails. The best thing is that it is also only 2-minutes away from the bus stop that takes visitors to the entrance of Machu Picchu so it is ideal for any early morning excursions. During the day and up until around 9pm there will be trains passing by every once in a while and can get loud, but otherwise there is not too much source of noise. Since Aguas Calientes is a tiny town, most of the restaurants, marketplaces, and cafes are within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance.
The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a great balcony view of the surrounding mountains.
Receptionist Mary was extremely helpful through WhatsApp communications, even coming to the train station to pick up guests, and gave a lot of information about visiting Machu Picchu. Breakfast allowed for an early start to accommodate those having early morning entrance tickets, and it was a decent buffet of varied food and made-to-order eggs. They were also very generous to allow guests to stay and rest in the reception area after check-out time and keep bags in storage before taking a late afternoon train. All in all a great choice if you are planning to visit Machu Picchu

1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all.
2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible?
3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate.
4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking????
5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst.
6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial.
Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
