I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีเยี่ยม! มาพักเป็นครอบครัวพร้อมเด็ก 2 คน ทางโรงแรมจัดห้องสแตนดาร์ดที่มีเตียงคิงไซส์ 2 เตียงให้ มีการทำความสะอาดห้องทุกวัน เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ใหม่ ในห้องมีตู้เซฟด้วย โรงแรมสะอาดมาก พนักงานบริการดีและเป็นกันเองมาก อาหารที่ร้านอาหารอร่อย พวกเราเลือกแพ็คเกจอาหารเช้า ซึ่งมีตัวเลือกให้เลือกเยอะมาก: มีทั้งไข่ดาวกับเบคอนและปาเต๊ะ, ออมเล็ต, ไข่คน, แซนวิชชีสและแฮม รวมถึงอาหารเม็กซิกันพื้นเมือง นอกจากนี้ยังมีน้ำส้มคั้นสดหนึ่งแก้ว, ชาหรือกาแฟ, เนย, แยม และขนมปังให้ด้วย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อนในห้อง ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ใกล้ๆ กันมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Bodega ของ Walmart ซึ่งสามารถหาซื้อไก่ย่าง, เฟรนช์ฟรายส์ และเบเกอรี่อบใหม่ๆ อร่อยๆ ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านกาแฟหลายแห่งอยู่ใกล้ๆ สามารถแวะไปทานอาหารได้ ในระยะที่เดินไปได้: เดิน 5 นาทีถึงสวนสาธารณะที่มีสนามเด็กเล่น เดิน 15 นาทีถึงที่แลกเปลี่ยนเงินตรา โรงแรมนี้ดีเยี่ยมมาก เราจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!

The hotel is okay, the bad a little hard which need to take note. Near to bus & metro station with walking 3-5 mins. Parking is free.

Ottima posizione. Personale gentile.  Pulizia da migliorare(abbiamo trovato formiche in stanza e bagno). Camera molto piccola.  La colazione a buffet viene servita nella sala a piano terra dove faceva molto freddo. Ho chiesto se potevo avere delle uova strapazzate senza il prosciutto (fatte x il buffet con prosciutto), mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagare.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Location and Hotel in general is great! Room city views are beautiful. Shared amenities with Double Tree, swimming pool has extra cost. Some personnel attitude a little dissapointing. Overall a nice experience.

Mi viaje fue excelente, ubicación del hotel 10 de 10, el servicio muy bien, el personal muy atento y educado. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, de buen tamaño, todo excelente
