โรงแรมที่มีที่จอดรถในแกรนด์คาซาบลังกา โมร็อกโก

The hotel is conveniently located close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which makes traveling very easy. The staff are friendly, and the room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same area that are more expensive, or hotels at the same price but in different locations. Breakfast is included, but unfortunately I had an early flight to catch and didn’t have the chance to try it. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which is very convenient.

เหตุผลหลักที่ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้คือเพราะมีที่จอดรถฟรี ราคาประหยัด 10 เซ็นต์ และรวมอาหารเช้าด้วย ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานที่หลักๆ แต่เนื่องจากฉันพักแค่คืนเดียวจึงไม่ได้' ไม่เป็นไร… ในวันเช็คอินเวลา 21.00 น. เกิดขึ้นว่าระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องและฉันไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ หลังจากรอนานกว่า 30 นาทีก็ยังไม่ซ่อม แผนกต้อนรับใช้ได้แค่คีย์การ์ดสำรองเพื่อช่วยฉันเช็คอินเท่านั้น! ทัศนคติของพนักงานต้อนรับดีมากแต่น่าเสียดายที่เกิดมีคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องฉันทำอะไรไม่ถูกมาก…….... ห้องพักสะอาดแต่วางสัมภาระยากนิดนึงครับ มีบุฟเฟ่ต์ในตอนเช้าถึงแม้จะมีอาหารให้เลือกไม่มากแต่ก็มีเติมเรื่อยๆและราคาก็ดีมาก ถ้ามาพักแค่คืนเดียวต้องจอดรถถือว่าได้นะครับ 😉 มีภาษีเมืองเมื่อคุณเช็คอิน ซึ่งแตกต่างจากเมื่อคุณจองเล็กน้อย โรงแรมหลายแห่งในโมร็อกโกก็ประสบปัญหาเช่นนี้เช่นกัน ดังนั้นคุณควรใส่ใจด้วย

A modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.

We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ปลอดภัย และสะดวกสบายสำหรับการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตร ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานร้านอาหารมีความเป็นมืออาชีพและน่าประทับใจมาก โดยเฉพาะ ”กมัล ไอท์ ชฟี” ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อเราไม่เข้าใจวิธีการใช้เครื่องจักรที่ไม่มีคำแนะนำภาษาอังกฤษ เขาเป็นคนที่น่าประทับใจมาก เราขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน!!!

View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.

酒店從細節處就能感受到用心——床品柔軟親膚，躺下去像被雲朵包裹，一夜好眠到天亮；房間隔音效果很好，完全聽不到走廊或街區的嘈雜。淋浴水壓充足，備品是淡雅的高級香調，瞬間洗去疲憊。特別喜歡落地窗邊的休閑躺椅，午後陽光酒進來，泡一杯茶靜靜發呆，旅途的倦意全被治癒。員工服務也温柔周到，每次回酒店都有‘回家”的放鬆感。如果追求慵懶愜意的假期，這裏絕對是完美選擇！

모로코 여자친구를 보기위해 호텔을 예약했습니다. 건물은 깔끔한편이었습니다만, 실내에는 거품비누(향료향수계열)를 제외한 다른 비누 및 치약치솔 면도기 등 구비가 되어있지 않았으며, 실내에 냉장고도 배치되어 있지 않았습니다. 건물1층에 호텔식당은 깔끔했습니다. 저는 음식이 잘 맞지않아서 콜라를 시켰는데, 콜라는 별도 요금을 받았으며, 밤에 커피를 마시고 싶어서 1층 인포데스크에 내려가서 요청했으나, 일절 요구를 수용해주지 않았습니다.
