Loved this hotel and room 611 was perfect in every way. The view was stunning and the room was a wonderful size. The beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Фантастический отель в самом центре Фуншала! Номер превзошёл все ожидания. В реальности он лучше, чем на фото. В номере было всё необходимое (даже оборудованная кухня). Очень чисто, просто идеальная чистота и уборка. Приветливые и отзывчивые сотрудники. Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты. Я бы однозначно остановился в Apartamentos Turisticos Atlantida в следующий приезд на Мадейру (очень хочу верить, что рано или поздно приеду на чудный остров снова).

Very sociable kind staff who talk to you like a regular friend coming in, plain rooms but nice sized windows for the fresh air, great rooftop view alllllll over the mountain and the ocean - especially lovely at night as everything is lit up. Cute bar setup aside the pool too! Good price for its perfect location and cleanliness and covering all the basics and a bit more. Good brunch cafe just across the street facing the cafe! The staff were super helpful with setting up a late checkin too.

การบริการของนาย Fernandes ที่แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและกระตือรือร้นมาก แค่ช่วงนี้ทางโรงแรมมีกิจกรรม ดนตรีบนชั้นดาดฟ้ามีเสียงดังมาก เริ่มตั้งแต่ 10:00 น. กลางดึกจนถึง 7:00 น. ไม่มีทางที่จะพักผ่อนได้ดี โลเคชั่นไม่มีอะไรจะพูด ติดพิพิธภัณฑ์และถนนคนเดินริมทะเล และยังใกล้ตัวเมือง ～ แต่หลีกเลี่ยงวันกิจกรรม

ห้องอาหาร - ฉันอยู่ที่นั่นเพื่อทานอาหารเช้า - เป็นห้องเก่า ไม่ค่อยน่าดึงดูด อาหารเช้าที่เลือกไม่ค่อยดีนัก ในฐานะที่เป็นมังสวิรัติหรือมังสวิรัติ คุณเลือกไม่มาก (เฉพาะถั่วและขนมปัง) กาแฟก็โอเคแต่ไม่อร่อย น้ําผลไม้ไม่สด & น้ําตาล ไม่มีหม้อใหญ่สําหรับทําอาหาร สําหรับสองคนจะดีถ้ามีหนึ่งหม้อ เตียงนอนดี พัดลมทํางานได้ ห้องน้ําใหญ่พอ ระเบียงใช้งานได้จริง สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสายรถบัสเดิน 30 นาทีไปยังศูนย์ & มีทางเดินเลียบลิโด มีสถานที่ว่ายน้ํา ไปยังเมืองเล็ก ๆ ถัดไปที่มีอุโมงค์แสงขนาดเล็กสําหรับคนเดินเท้าที่คุณสามารถได้ยิน / ดูการท่อง : เวลาเปิดสระว่ายน้ําสายเกินไปในตอนเช้าและสั้นเกินไป (8.00-20.00) พนักงานหญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับใส่แว่น (เย็นวันอังคาร) ไม่ได้จัดการโทรปลุกให้ฉันสําหรับเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น (พนักงานวันนี้บอกฉันว่าเขาไม่ได้แจ้งให้โทร) นั่นไม่ใช่เรื่องที่ดีเพราะบางครั้งคุณต้องพึ่งพา

The hotel was in the heart of the city, great location and close to main attractions. Easy to get to from the airport using n9 bus for €6. The room was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. For a 3star hotel, this hotel has great value for money due to its location, and service. The breakfast was decent and the pool had a great view. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view.

The hotel is old, but everything looks nice and shabby. A lot of stairs to the sea, but also there is elevator. Normal breakfast, a lot of pastry, but for my tasty could be more fresh vegetables, avocado and etc.. Nice, big rooms with cozy doors lile from movie lord of the ring.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Hotel com muito mais potencial do que o aproveitado pela gestão do hotel. Facilmente teria condições para melhor servir os cliente e elevar o nível do mesmo. Não considero que seja um 4* mas sim 3*. Bastava melhorar a limpeza do mesmo (no nosso WC encontramos 2 baratas!!!), mobiliário/equipamentos da piscina e zonas comuns e acabamentos dos quartos, como portas e móveis. Teria potencial para até ser um 5* mas é realmente um 3*. Staff profissional, e resolveram todos os nossos problemas, mas mereciam tb melhores condições.
