It was a quick one night stay for us as we were visiting a Parkrun located relatively near by. The hotel was next to the train station which made travel extremely convenient for where we needed to be. It’s a beautiful little area and the hotel was ideal. Staff extremely helpful, room was clean, cosy and well looked after. If certainly stay again and it’s perfect for a one night stay!
Super super hotel (as it should be given the price!), with very friendly staff.
The private in room onsen is very luxurious.
Only minor negative points are that I was not allowed to leave my bag at the hotel when I arrived before check-in time and no massage service was available.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!
ผผู้เข้าพักThis place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
JJames_ParkI visited Tokuyama Port for work related to docked ships. It was close enough to walk to. The hotel was cleaned daily and maintained in a spotless condition. There was a Family Mart right in front, making it convenient to grab meals. Breakfast featured traditional Japanese cuisine, along with bread and sausages. The staff folded an origami whale with kindness and placed it on the desk. I'll definitely choose Sunroute Hotel again next time!
