My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

ที่ตั้งดีแต่บริเวณนั้นคับคั่งมาก เสียงดังจากชั้นบนและชั้นล่างมาก โดยเฉพาะชั้นล่างที่มีงานอีเว้นท์ ทำให้แขกที่มาร่วมงานส่งเสียงดังมาก

Love it! Definitely will repeat again. The view from 5th level is picturesque. The staffs are great! Keep it up!

- โรงแรมนี้ต้องการการทําความสะอาดอย่างลึกซึ้งและเติมน้ํามันที่สําคัญ พรมสกปรกและมีคราบเยอะ ผนังก็สกปรกด้วย + ทําเลก็โอเค อยู่บนถนนสายหลักใกล้ถนน Braga ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลัก + พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก - เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัดจึงไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก แต่ฉันคาดว่าน่าจะมีอย่างน้อยร้านอาหารและบริการรับประทานอาหารในห้องพัก

This Ibis Styles is truly in a perfect location. It’s very central, surrounded by many nice cafés, and conveniently in the same building as Pullman. For those who prefer a more premium stay, Pullman is a great option, but honestly Ibis Styles itself is already excellent. The team was warm and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything felt just right. They also surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration in the room, which was very thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. It made the stay feel even more special. One small note would be about the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Ibis Styles properties around the world, and at this Bandung location the soto or soup tasted slightly mild for my preference. It is a very minor point and likely just personal taste. During the fasting month, the hotel thoughtfully arranges two breakfast timings. Guests who are fasting can enjoy sahur at the hotel, while those who are not fasting can have their breakfast as usual. It’s a considerate setup that caters well to everyone. Overall, I had a very good experience. I would definitely return to either Ibis Styles or Pullman when I’m back in Bandung. Thank you and cheers.

ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบและที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับถนนบรากา ฉันรู้สึกประหลาดใจเพราะโรงแรมนี้มีห้องเด็กเล่น (ฟรี) ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และคาเฟ่สำหรับรับประทานอาหาร (สำหรับคนนอก) เตียงนอนสบายมากแม้ว่าห้องที่ฉันจองจะไม่ใหญ่มากนัก พนักงานสุภาพและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดีเมื่อฉันร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับไม้แขวนเสื้อ (ไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อในห้องของฉัน) พวกเขายังให้ไม้แขวนเสื้อเพิ่มในกรณีที่ฉันต้องการ แต่มี 2 สิ่งที่ฉันไม่ค่อยพอใจนัก: ห้องน้ำเต็มไปด้วยน้ำทุกครั้งที่เราอาบน้ำ และล็อบบี้ของโรงแรม (บริเวณรอ) ค่อนข้างร้อน บางทีฉันอาจจะพิจารณามาพักที่นี่อีกครั้งในอนาคต ขอบคุณมากสำหรับการต้อนรับของคุณ..

สถานที่ที่แนะนำมาก....บริการดีมากและพนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรมาก..

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B

Menginap selama 3 hari 2 malam di Suite Family Sunriver Hotel Setiabandung terasa sangat berkesan. Hotel ini memiliki bangunan baru yang modern, suasana nyaman, serta kebersihan yang terjaga dengan baik. Fasilitasnya lengkap sehingga mendukung kenyamanan keluarga selama menginap. Lokasi hotel juga strategis, dekat dengan berbagai tempat kuliner dan destinasi wisata di Bandung, sehingga memudahkan untuk beraktivitas tanpa harus menempuh perjalanan jauh. Ada sedikit kendala di malam terakhir, yaitu sempat terjadi mati lampu sebanyak dua kali, namun hanya sebentar dan segera kembali normal. Hal tersebut tidak mengurangi pengalaman menyenangkan secara keseluruhan. Secara umum, hotel ini sangat recommended bagi keluarga maupun wisatawan yang ingin menikmati liburan di Bandung dengan suasana nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, dan akses mudah ke berbagai tempat menarik.
