The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The service crew during a breakfast time is excellent. The room service wasn't provided during public holidays and Sunday. The location is a bit away of the parks and walking tracks, but it is a question of a few hundred meters as Darwin is not a big city)
The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.
Everything was great except that there was no quilt in the room and the blanket in the cupboard was more like a sheet so my partner and I didnt sleep well as so cold with the aircon on. Otherwise the room was lovely and very happy.
Rooms have a full kitchen including washer/dryer and full size fridge. Beds are very comfortable.
Very spacious with a large outdoor area
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Rooftop bar has great views
Good location. It's just noisy during the night; we can hear people on the street screaming. More security is needed to prevent non-customers from entering the property.
This hotel was mentioned by a local taxi driver as old and needed renovations.
This we found to be untrue, our room was modern with fairly new facilities, it was very clean, neat and tidy.
A great location and the staff are very helpful.

ผผู้เข้าพักPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.
HHuzaifa EssajeeI was travelling with friends and this was the only suitable option in the summer if you wanted to hike Kings Canyon as Kings Creek was closed. There is a kitchen with a fridge and freezer where you can store your food, with kitchen equipment available for hire from reception. It's nice to cool off and relax in the swimming pool after a long drive from Alice Springs. You'll be able to see a bunch of wildlife if it's nice and quiet. We could see the Field of Lights from outside our room which was an added bonus. Showers are comfortable, however they could provide soap like other places to make it convenient. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Fuel is cheaper here than other fuel stations enroute so it's best to top up before you leave to avoid being stranded. I'd happily stay here again in the height of summer as it's a good rest point.
ผผู้เข้าพักBest features: we had a ground floor unit. So we had a door out to the garden. The bathroom was clean and medium size. Beds perfect. Space-not cramped. Room additions fine for making your own breakfast microwave and fridge included also a table and chairs outside on concrete great for washing dishes. The hotel is located away from passing traffic. Air con and fan worked well..
Downside: if you’re staying a while and want to go shopping you have to get to Casuarina shops to get a local bus to city centre. Otherwise it’s approx 30min drive.
Casuarina Is an air-conditioned Westfield type shopping mall. We liked it and would stay again
Didn’t get s chance to try the restaurant and pool but the menu look good a pond seemed welcoming.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.

A great location and the staff are very helpful.
ผผู้เข้าพักPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
