Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เพิ่งเปิดใหม่และค่อนข้างสะอาด แต่หันหน้าไปทางถนนและเป็นถนนสายหลัก ดังนั้นจึงมีเสียงดังเกินไป เสียงรถยนต์และมอเตอร์ไซค์ดังตลอดเวลา รวมถึงเสียงแตรจะชัดเจนเป็นพิเศษในตอนดึก ฉันเกือบจะหัวใจวายและนอนไม่หลับทั้งคืน มันเจ็บปวดมาก! เดิมผมจองไว้ 2 คืน แต่ถ้าอยู่ต่ออีกคืน ใจผมคงจะมีปัญหา ผมเลยไปเจรจาเรื่องเช็คเอาต์ตอน 6 โมงเช้าของวันถัดมา และพบกับ Ctrip อีกครั้ง และพวกเขาก็ตกลงที่จะเช็คเอาต์ให้ผม! เนื่องจาก B&B แห่งนี้ไม่มีอาหารเช้า เราจึงจองอาหารเช้าไว้ตอนเช็คอินและจ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับอาหารเช้า 2 มื้อ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยออมเล็ต 2 ชิ้น ผลไม้ 2 จาน ขนมปังและแยม 2-3 แผ่น ไม่มีเครื่องดื่มหรือกาแฟ และราคา 4,200 รูปี ฉันไม่รู้ว่าทำไมราคาถึงแพงจัง! - เพราะเราได้ยกเลิกการจองไปวันหนึ่งหรือเปล่า หรือราคาอาหารเช้ามันไม่สมเหตุสมผลเลย? นอกจากนี้ทัศนคติของพนักงานเสิร์ฟก็ไม่เลว แต่ทำเลและอาหารเช้าของ B&B แห่งนี้ไม่แนะนำเลยจริงๆ! สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก : ห้องพักปานกลาง, เล็ก สุขอนามัย : โอเค สภาพแวดล้อม : เสียงดังมาก ติดถนน นอนไม่หลับ การบริการ: ดี อาหารเช้าไม่ดี

Servicio de restauración muy mejorable. El room service no quería darnos un sándwich a las 22:00h. En general nada estaba bueno. El servicio a veces muy servicial y otros no tanto. Las vistas mediocres. Calidad precio razonable. La puerta del baño incomodidad . La electricidad no aporta para Europeos.

A hotel with a magnificent view. It is really hard to find such a view. Especially the view from the top bar floor is extraordinary. The rooms could be cleaned more meticulously. It is not dirty but it could be cleaned more meticulously. The breakfast was average, the dinner menu was not very extensive, at least in the bar section. The welcome in the lobby was respectful and smiling. We were offered hot towels and fruit juice as soon as we arrived. The hotel is on the slope of a hill but I think the lack of a link bus service to the city center is a shortcoming.

Apart from the location a great place to stay very difficult for transport but the house keeper makes up for it he was brilliant even walked into the town to find me and get a tuk tuk he is what make the stay he showed me the local walk to the town great guy thanks

Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size. Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Big bed and balcony with beautiful views. Also has an AC and fan to combat the heat.

A great stop in Kandy. The location is close to the lake and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The pub on the roof provides a quiet getaway from the busy streets.
