They’re really have good services and facilities. They separated non smoking and smoking room. I can’t stay in smoking room. Cleanliness also is a big deal and they nailed it. A little change needs are please use real shampoo and body soap for better experience. I had once stayed at Claro Makassar, yet still reliable for staying as well.
t is 1:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025, and the room I checked into is Room 244. At present, the room is affected by the hotel's KTV or travel party room. The noise is very loud, and the music is very loud. I can't fall asleep! After asking the front desk, the front desk replied that the entertainment activities will not end until 2 a.m., and the rooms are full and cannot be changed! Complain about the irresponsible management behavior and management attitude of the hotel! Rooms in this environment should not be sold. They received requests for assistance but were of no help, and ignored the guests' requests at all! I demand an apology from the hotel and compensation for economic and mental losses!

kebersihan oke, tapi sayang ACnya kurang dingin, karna saya ambil yg 4bed jadi kamar lumayan luas.

ผผู้เข้าพักI have just checked in. The check-in process was efficient, the staff were helpful, and the room appears clean and comfortable. I’ll share further feedback after my stay.
ผผู้เข้าพักKami sudah berkali-kali menginap di Hotel ini, kebetulan kali ini kami nginap bertepatan bulan ramadhan, ada perbedaan yg cukup jelas makanan yg disajikan kurang bervariasi dan petugas yg kami lihat direstoran cm 1 orang, Kami mau minta bantuan agak lama baru dilayani karena ybs juga melayani yg lain, petugas yg biasa ada dibagian telur kali ini tdk ada padahal Kami menginginkannya.
