The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The waterfront location is beautiful, the pub garden looks like it would be a lovely place to relax in warmer months, and parking was conveniently available directly in front of the hotel. The room itself had a nice decor style and the heating worked well, however the bathroom was in really poor repair (staining/damage all over the walls, bubbling around flooring/woodwork from poor ventilation, and the shower door had clearly broken off at some point and was replaced with a shower curtain that didn't keep all the water in?!). The toiletries provided are of good standard for a hotel and smelled lovely. The bed was hard so that's pro or con dependening on your preference - I personally prefer it. The staff in the restaurant and bar downstairs were absolute diamonds, couldn't do more to help us and were attentive/provided quick service despite it being a busy night. We really didn't enjoy the food so can't recommend dinner itself, but their bar is great for a cosy and relaxed drink.

Beautiful hotel had a lovely relaxing stay. Food was lovely really nice breakfast too. Staff were very helpful and really nice. Pool area is good not to busy. Not much round about but perfect if you want a quiet relaxing time away. Would definitely recommend. Will go back again.

Great all round. Amenities, facilities, location and personal service. Breakfast excellent with choice of fresh fruit, complementary croissant and range of breakfast cereals, full Scottish breakfast or own choice. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing the room was lovely and cosy. The house wine we bought was awful and I missed black pudding at breakfast (normal Scottish fair) would thoroughly recommend staying again.

Very comfortable and friendly staff. The only down side is the reception/dining is in a separate building which is inconvenient especially when there is rainfall

Lovely stay right on the front of Brodick. Great off road parking. Cosy homely feel. Lovely host Helen. Amazing Scottish breakfast . Can’t fault

โรงแรมหาง่ายมาก ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสถานีหาด Ardrossan South Beach ประมาณ 2 นาที นอกจากนี้ยังใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 15 นาทีไปยังท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่ Ardrossan สําหรับเรืออาร์คัน เป็นการสัมผัสที่ดีมากที่โรงแรมมีแสงไฟในธีมฮัลโลวีนที่เหมาะสมเมื่อมาถึงด้านนอกและภายในสําหรับวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ฮัลโลวีน เมื่อเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับให้การต้อนรับดีมาก และใช้เวลาอธิบายว่าทุกอย่างอยู่ที่ไหนและสั่งอาหารเช้าของเรา เนื่องจากเรือข้ามฟากของเราถูกยกเลิกในวันถัดไปพนักงานของโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากให้เราเก็บกระเป๋าไว้ในห้องเพราะสภาพอากาศแย่มากและเสนอให้เราอยู่ในพื้นที่บาร์ / เลานจ์ตราบใดที่เราต้องการ บริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักในโรงแรมและพื้นที่อื่นๆ ทั้งหมดสะอาดและอยู่ในสภาพดี ห้องพักมีกาต้มน้ําและบาร์เปิดจนถึงดึก อาหารเช้าในตอนเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่ดีก่อนไปอาร์รันและจะกลับมาพักอีก

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก เจ้าของโรงแรมก็ใจดีมากเช่นกัน ภายในและภายนอกมีความสวยงามมาก แค่ส้วมในห้องไม่สะดวกออกไปวิ่งข้างนอกก็แชร์กับคนอื่น
