Nice enough place where I have stayed before on a few occasions. The hotel (in my opinion) is a little tired and could do with a spruce up, but I must admit their main attraction to me is the affordability so, I suppose you get what you pay for 😁 Overall though it is located right on the seafront which is a definite plus! 👍

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a clear sign on the front desk that there wont be any car park space available. They never told us they charge £12.50 for overnight parking. As we were travelling on a motorcycle, we found an unmarked space in a quiet unused corner of the hotel near the rear staff entrance, because the rain was really heavy and we have had to lug our panniers into the building. I found out later that the hotel charged me £12.50 for overnight parking. They claim that our bike was on their premises and they were entitled to charge us even though we weren’t given a proper car park space.

สะอาดสะอ้าน - อาจเป็นโรงแรมพรีเมียร์อินน์ที่สะอาดที่สุดที่เราเคยไปมา! อาหารเช้าสดมาก ใจดีจริงๆ ให้ของขวัญเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แก่ลูกๆ ของเราเป็นการรักษาพักครึ่ง แอร์ดีภายใต้ความร้อนที่พัดผ่าน พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก แม้ว่าเราจะมีปัญหาเล็กน้อยในการเช็คอิน แต่ก็ได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างรวดเร็ว น่าเสียดายที่ค่าจอดรถ 9 ปอนด์ต่อคืน ซึ่งไม่คุ้มมากเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่น ๆ ที่อาจมีที่จอดรถฟรี

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในเมือง ดังนั้นมันเหมาะกับฉัน ฉันมาถึงและได้รับการต้อนรับที่แผนกต้อนรับโดย Chloe.เธอน่าทึ่ง,มีความสุข,ต้อนรับ,chatty,down to Earth ซึ่งก็ยอดเยี่ยม.The resident bar ก็น่ารักและแปลกตา.ใช่เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์เก่าแต่ฉันชอบโรงแรมแนวเก่าติดทะเล, การตกแต่งในห้องของฉันก็ abit มากเกินไป (ปกคลุมด้วยนกแก้ว 555) แต่ที่เล็กๆ น้อยๆ ตัวห้องพักก็กว้างขวางสําหรับฉันมีทุกอย่างที่ต้องการมันเหมาะกับการเข้าพักของฉัน บาร์ที่เค้ามีไว้ที่ชั้นใต้ดิน ดีว่าคืนนั้นคืออะไร ได้รับการบริการจากคอนเนอร์และร่วมมือกับเพื่อนใหม่ชาวอเมริกันที่ยังพักที่โรงแรมเราจัดบอลอย่างไม่มีที่ติ ไม่กี่อย่างแต่น่ารักคอกเทลและ happy hour จะบอกว่าเป็น hit aha ม่มีข้อบกพร่องเลยกับโรงแรมนี้ ราคาถูก มีความสุข และ perfect ตรงที่มองเห็นทะเล ไม่มี curfew เข้ามา ฟรี WiFi ช่วยเหลือดีมาก เมื่อมาสอบถามข้อมูล ไม่สามารถขอโรงแรมที่มีความสุขสะดวกสบายกว่านี้ได้ อยากแนะนําโรงแรมนี้โรงแรมเก่าสไตล์ติดทะเลที่ลงตัววิวที่อยากฝันทุกอย่างในระยะที่เดินถึงการต้อนรับและการดูแลเอาใจใส่ของผู้อยู่อาศัยที่เข้าพักและสําหรับสิ่งที่ค่าใช้จ่ายมันถือถึงความคุ้มค่าที่สุด บางที่แน่นอนฉันจะพักอีกแน่นอน xxx

Lovely hotel - easy to get to and quick check in. I didn’t use anything except the room which was huge.

We booked this hotel for location and spa. The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool. Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities. The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day. At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm. When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel. The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while. The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time. The pool was cold and also dirty.

Friendly staff, grest service with complimentary breakfast. Games at common area suitable for family with kids. Great location walkable to most places of interest.
