Very clean room and very spacious! 8 minutes away from bluewater shopping centre which has lots of different food spots for you to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great stay !!

I stayed here with my friend & cat for the night after getting off the ferry & it did the job perfectly. Could be seen as a little bit of a sketchy area at night but that’s not the hotel that’s outside of & we still felt comfortable to walk around to the car at night so it’s not dangerous. There was just a few drunk people around. Overall we had a good stay.

This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast .

The breakfast was not great would like more variety of cereal and the percolated coffee was not nice at all apart from that the room was okay

This is my 2nd time to stay at Best Western Hotel Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa. We had the family room overlooking the Dover beach. It's spacious and felt luxurious with the pristine bathroom and comfortable beds with generous amount of pillows provided for each guests. We booked an evening massage and we all had a relaxing experience and it was worth every penny. We were given a discount for the treatment which was a cherry in top.

Staff are friendly and helpful, however booking was overlooked and I didn't get a room to accommodate the people in the booking. Room is standard/ basic, no fan or aircon, Mattress is average. Good WiFi. For the price charged specifically for that night at £58, not value for money. Location is ok, close to motorways.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

ที่ตั้งของที่พักนี้  นั้นสมบูรณ์แบบ ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10-15 นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ Canterbury West มีท้องถิ่นของ Sainsbury อยู่ที่มุมถนนและถนนสายหลักอยู่ห่างออกไปโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 2 นาที โฮสต์ดีมากและเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้านวมมีกลิ่นหอม สําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกมีแค่ล้างมือและสบู่ล้างตัวต้องนําของมาเอง เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่ได้พักในที่พักแห่งนี้

โรงแรมนี้ในแคนเทอร์เบอรี่นั้นคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนํา โรงแรมควรมีอายุมากกว่าร้อยปี อุตสาหกรรมครอบครัว ภายนอกบ้านดูเก่า ภายในได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ และล็อบบี้ค่อนข้างทันสมัย เราสั่งห้องเตียงคู่และห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก ห้องน้ําก็ใหญ่ ที่สําคัญคือที่จอดรถของโรงแรมฟรี หากคุณมาที่ Kantbury โดยการขับรถมาเอง ขอแนะนําให้พักที่นี่ จอดรถแล้วเดินไปย่านใจกลางเมืองแคนเตอร์เบอรี่ ประมาณ 20 นาที เมื่อเทียบกับเครือระหว่างประเทศ เราชอบโรงแรมท้องถิ่นเหล่านี้มากกว่า ผู้คนไม่พลุกพล่าน เงียบสงบ สะดวกสบาย และคุ้มค่า

A well-appointed hotel in a privileged location within the Cathedral precinct. The staff were helpful with a courteous and friendly disposition. Breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality. We strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Canterbury.

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was faultless and we had dinner there one evening which again was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This was genuinely a wonderful and most special place. The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet. They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it. The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard. The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need! The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality. Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible. Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite. A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!! There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise. She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!! Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too! Thumbs up from us, thang you so kindly 💕

A good one night stopover point at motorway services which have fast food outlets. On arriving i was allocated a room which absolutely stank of urine. However, after returning to Reception and explaining I was swiftly and courteously offered another room upgraded by way of apology. The Customer Service by the Reception Staff was excellent and the problem quickly resolved. The hotel room was very quiet and comfortable with secure parking nearby. Great for Business Travellers or one night.

ไม่มีน้ําร้อนให้ เมื่อมาถึง ได้ห้องที่มีฝักบัวแบบด้อยกว่าและมีประตูเชื่อมไปยังอีกห้อง าก บ่น ก็เปลี่ยน แต่ความวุ่นวาย ไม่สะดวก คงไม่จองที่นั่นอีก ไม่อย่างที่คิด

Lovely, cosy room, in a clean, comfortable house, in a safe cul de sac. Pin door entry, so very secure. Thoroughly enjoyed!!

แม้ว่าห้องพักในโรงแรมจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็ครบครัน โดยเฉพาะกาแฟในห้อง นอกจากเครื่องชงกาแฟแล้ว ยังมีถ้วยชงแบบพกพาให้นําออกไป ซึ่งสะดวกมากสําหรับการเข้าพักแบบสบายๆ เปิดประตูออกไปข้างนอก สนามกอล์ฟอยู่ตรงหน้าคุณ และสีเขียวขนาดใหญ่ทําให้ผู้คนรู้สึกสดชื่น นั่งอ่านหนังสือนอกบ้านในตอนเช้าสบายมาก บริการอาหารเช้าก็สบายมาก ชอบๆ
