I see a lot of bad reviews but must say I had no problems at all room was clean Comfy and everything you need yes could do with updating but that aside no issues at all would highly recommend

ไม่มีอะไรจะตำหนิโรงแรมได้เลย บริการเป็นเลิศ ห้องพักน่ารักและสะอาด มีช่วงสุขสันต์ในบาร์ อาหารเช้าสุดยอด 5-7 มื้อ แม้ว่าจะมีอาหารมื้อเย็น แต่โดยรวมแล้วพนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรมาก 10 เต็ม 10 ถือว่าดีมาก ไม่มีอะไรจะตำหนิคุณได้มากไปกว่านี้อีกแล้ว

เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีในการตั้งแคมป์ ห้องน้ําใช้ร่วมกันจึงไม่สะอาด มีทิชชู่ที่ใช้แล้วในห้องน้ําตลอดเวลา ห้องพักดีแต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาด สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้อง เช่น ที่นอนอุ่นและเครื่องทําความร้อนก็ดี อื่นๆ เช่น ไดร์เป่าผมถูกปกคลุมไปด้วยฝุ่นเหมือนไม่ได้ใช้หรือทําความสะอาดในสัปดาห์

We had 2 nights here, 11-13 July. We arrived late, between 10-11pm, and the counter staff was very friendly n helpful. We did not manage to get dinner due to train delays but the front staff was kind to inform us that we could purchase some cold sandwiches and he would make sandwiches for us. 😊 The room price includes breakfast for which we were glad. We enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. The views from the hotel overlooking the St Ives beach is truly amazing. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained. You must walk through their walled garden … it is well landscaped and very beautiful. It felt like walking in some professionally well curated botanical garden. 👍🏼

We stayed here for one night. The breakfast was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the water pressure was quite weak, and the WiFi was very poor — especially since the phone signal in the area is limited, making reliable internet essential. That said, the service from all the staff members was fantastic and greatly appreciated.

Lovely friendly and clean although I would of preferred TV in room just personal choice

Stayed here with my young son for my birthday Room was very clean I'm a cleaner of 5* properties and i was very satisfied We visited the indoor swimming pool and were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was The receptionist was lovely and helpful i can't remember her name but thankyou Room had a lovely view of the sea and wasn't too far to walk from the town Evening entertainment sounded great but my son was too tired for us to stay and listen but bar area was very cosy and clean Beds were comfy and Room temperature was good Breakfast was amazing definitely recommend having that
