Clean, has a functioning AC that is controlled from the room. Perfectly located if you need to get to the Berlin-Brandenburg airport. Very friendly staff at reception. A mini-fridge, kettle, instant coffee, instant creamed, tea is provided in the room. Also there is a makeup mirror in the bathroom. There is a restaurant downstairs.

Great stay for a flight that arrived at night. Very close to airport and easy check in. Room was exchanged to have a double bed without any issues.

Apartment was very nice and tidy. It had so many nice amenities in the room and I loved the TV was able to face the bed! Check in and check out services was really easy and smooth, all digital. The hotel's location is a 5 to 20-minute walk from the bus stop (depending on which bus you took), with buses running every 30 minutes to berlin airport. It's approximately one hour from Berlin Central Station from the Berlin Airport. A key point to note is that the main entrance door locks after ~10 PM, and there is no night staff. We discovered this the hard way one evening and panicked. We later found out that you must use the hotel's website app (the same one used for check-in) to unlock the door. There is a ”front door” button in the app that triggers the lock. This was not immediately obvious, as we saw another traveler struggling with the same issue. I highly recommend setting up the app beforehand, as checking in late at night without it would be very difficult.

I recently stayed at Niu and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered excellent amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Niu for a pleasant stay.

Sehr kleines Zimmer für 3 Personen. Auf den Bildern wirkte das anders. Die Schaukel musste entfernt werden aus dem Zimmer wegen Platzmangel. Älteres Mobiliar. Kein Wasserkocher, Tee, Kaffee etc. Keine Minibar. Bin nicht zufrieden gewesen. Personal aber sehr freundlich und nach meiner Beschwerde sehr zuvorkommend. Hätte ich 290 Euro statt 125 Euro bezahlt hätte ich auf der Stelle das Hotel verlassen. Ist meine Ansicht von dem Haus. Jeder sollte für sich entscheiden wie er gerne übernachten möchte.
