I stayed in a 4-bedroom dorm, great space, several guest houses and accommodation combined. I could use the pool and the restaurant of the backpackers next door. Check in smooth, easy, friendly staff, coffee for free. I picked the location as it was central yet not right downtown. Great Irish bar around the corner. The only thing you need to be aware of is the nearby train tracks. The train signals when passing, yet none passed at night, so all good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the The Radisson San Jose hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The dinners that I had at the hotel were memorable. The front desk and dining staff were exceptional. I highly recommend the Radisson San Jose hotel.

Das BnB ist gut gelegen. Der späte Check-In (Selbstcheck-In nach Mitternacht) hat gut funktioniert, es wurde vor allem über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, die Anweisungen etwas früher zu erhalten, um dementsprechend die Anreise planen zu können. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß. Es ist jedoch sehr hellhörig, also am besten Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Ich hätte mir auch gewünscht, zu Beginn ein paar Anweisungen zu erhalten. Z.b. wie man die Außentür abends öffnen kann. Alles in Allem würde ich das BnB weiter empfehlen, v.a. weil Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

三星的價格，五星的感覺！超預期的好！ 首先地理位置優越在市中心區域，出門右轉步行2分鐘是主街，斜對面就是哥斯達黎加國家博物館。 主街右轉步行約5分鐘就是唐人街裏面各種餐館茶飲超市，非常棒！延延唐人街再往前走一個街口就是國家大劇院及商業街還有中央公園和主教堂了。 其次房間乾淨衞生舒適寬敞明亮，太棒了！ 提供的早餐品種雖簡單但就餐環境及食品足夠令人滿意！所有的工作人員熱情友好周到細緻，令人如沐春風，五星好評！ 酒店裝修優雅漂亮有品位，賞心悦目，有圖有真相

We loved the staff and the location. We tried the restaurant of the hotel and found the food to be great but expensive. We liked our room but missed some basic items like a showercap and the sleepers we are used to finding in hotels like this one. They only provide 2 free bottles of water, so do not expect a couple each day like in other hotels. The internet connection was really disappointing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was ok overall.

Das Hostel ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut zur Innenstadt, sodass sowohl alle großen Museen und das Theater als auch viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Es ist ein Hostel, also kann man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten, aber ich habe das nicht als störend empfunden. Straßenlärm ist zu vernachlässigen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist alles sauber. Mit dem Auto vom Flughafen dauert die Fahrt außerhalb des Berufsverkehrs etwa 40 Minuten.

Book only one night needed to be closed to the airport prior to leaving Costa Rica. I arrived too early to check in so I left my backpack in the storage and went sightseeing. Rooms were cleaned however my issues was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms I wish they were cleaner . Shower’s didn’t have any hooks or shelves and I didn’t have anywhere to but my stuff other then the floor. I found a very cockroach in the shower which was also gross. Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner and furniture could be less broken done. Definitely more on the budget friendly side.

King room with city view, 14 floor: 2 nights. July * You will hear the music from the bar across the park until 3am. Not much noises from the regular city streets. * No fresh air available in this hotel. All the windows are sealed. * No fridge, no Netflix. But plenty of english channels on tv. * good internet. * excellent hot water, and water pressure. * small gym ok, but no windows, and tv was not working. * nice indoor pool, but water too cold for me. No windows but a clear dome. * breakfast have ok choices, not much for a vegetarian. * restaurant expensive like any other hotel, but the staff is sympathic. * free parking. * very nice staff. * reservation with Trip.com was a complication, they didn't have my reservation. Took 1h to check-in. At the check-out they charged me the room that was already paid on Trip.com, had to ask for a refund, which they did, no arguying but a lot of explanations and proof of payment... but the staff was really polite and helpful. * only 1 person working at the counter for check-in and check-out.. * easy to walk everywhere. * easy to navigate with google map or waze.
