El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

Everything was great. Breakfast was great, quiet rooms, great service but please your food menu needs better quality, the breakfast was great but at lunch or dinner the menu food quality was the worst in my stays in Colombia

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Excellent hotel, great buffet breakfast with excellent choices, lots of fresh fruits and natural juices. Comfy bed and lovely view from my room. Location is good, close to city center. The hotel has a gym and sauna. I recommend it.

Aloft Bogota is a great choice near the Bogota airport. The stuff were multilingual and very helpful. The hotel is very modern and has all the amenities one could ever ask for. A free airport shuttle is included with bookings, making early morning flights a breeze.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Escasa amabilidad y simpatía de la recepcionista de noche del día que llegamos. El café es de muy mala calidad. No tiene buena insonorización en la habitación y se escuchaban los aviones despegando del aeropuerto. Excelente ubicación, buen parking y amplio horario de desayuno

เตียงและโซฟานอนสบายมาก

Poca amabilidad del personal su ubicación es buena pero al estar ala lado contrario. Hay q dar vueltas no cuenta con una entrada al hotel ya q es peatonal y sus vecinos no son agradables

สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมยังดีมาก ราคาสูงไปหน่อย มีโรงแรมอื่นในทำเลเดียวกันให้เลือกมากมาย คุ้มกว่าคุ้มกว่า แต่โรงแรมนี้อยู่ใกล้มหาวิทยาลัยมาก มีร้านอาหารให้กินมากมายที่ประตูหลังมหาวิทยาลัย
