Total super war der Service und die Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Fitnessstudio hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Sauna und Pool, aber diese habe ich nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sprach Englisch. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

The hotel is ok for a night in a long layover in Brasilia. It is far from the city but very close to the airport. However, they do not offer any transfer to the airport. Walking is not long (about 10 min walk) but the walking path is filthy and moody especially if it rains. They suggest you to get an uber, but it gets very expensive during a rainy time. The room is very basic. Beds are tiny. Breakfast is very good!

Minha estadia no Windsor Brasília foi simplesmente incrível! O atendimento da equipe foi impecável, desde o check-in até o check-out. O hotel é luxuoso, com instalações muito bem cuidadas. Hotel has a good location, structure and the rooms are in general well cleaned and very comfortable. The view of the city is also a plus. The breakfast is probably the best feature of the hotel, with so many options and local flavors. It is easy to get to the main places in town and there is a mall just across the street. Staff in general was nice and welcoming.
