I liked eveything here - professional friendly staff, spacious and clean modern rooms. Location is a bit far from the city center, but close to the main railway station. In general I'd come back.

Отель не большой, но с хорошей локацией, не далеко от моря, жд вокзал, старый центр в пешей доступности. В нескольких минутах ходьбы продуктовый магазин Conrad. Хороший вай фай, кондиционер работал хорошо. В номере нет холодильника, не предоставляются полотенца для пляжа.

The hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket. Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds. The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed. There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation. At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

飯店強調環保政策，所以什麼都要收錢，什麼不提供，連內部基本給房客喝水的杯子什麼的均缺少要自己去附近的LiDl買，不然您別想喝水，哈！ 房間電源開關反人類，一點都不靈敏，要在黑暗中等待光明，另外房內提供的冰箱和暖氣都把插頭拔掉，要房客自己想辦法插回去，不然您沒冰箱沒暖氣沒空調可以使用，這點實在辜負它新裝修的強調。 特別一提的是，2/17晚上的服務員愛說冷笑話，空調不動以及冰箱沒電，都只會告訴您“義大利本來就是什麼都是慢慢慢慢的”，實際狀況卻是飯店把所有電源插頭都拔掉了，需要房客自己把電器搬開插電才能用，無妨，只要不是殘障，您可以自己發掘問題並解決它。 唯一優點是，早餐廳的服務與供餐很好，吃的很飽，2/18早餐廳黑頭髮的女性服務員態度很好且服務態度極佳，建議飯店方好好獎勵她，畢竟這是飯店整體很奇特的前提下，唯一符合正常飯店入住的，務必要獎勵她，飯店的一切不合理實際更襯托她的好！

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like two complimentary water bottles and essential amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Случайно попали в этот отель, который оказался при студенческом кампусе. То есть часть здания это номера отеля, вторая часть - капмус студентов. Начну с местоположения, находится в 2-3км от центра Модены, пешком идти не желательно, не очень благополучный район по пути. Вокруг отеля большая бесплатная парковка. Само здание современныое, внутри стильный современный ремонт. Номера также современные, новые и чистые. Есть все необходимое. На завтраке было все минимально необходимое и все достаточно вкусное В здании есть: прачечная , тренажерный зал, игровая зона, общая большая кухня, где вечером много студентов, а соответственно весело. Мы отлично провели время, обязательнозаедем еще!
