Останавливались второй раз в этом отеле, очень удачное расположение, во второй раз дали номер с видом на море с двух ракурсов,вкусные завтраки, рядом находится кафе с самым вкусным мороженым, зимой не работает, дали хорошие ланч-боксы,приветливый персонал,есть русскоговорящие администраторы. Рестораны с вкусной едой в двух шагах от отеля.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนชายฝั่งทะเลแห่งแรกของทะเล เพียงไม่กี่ก้าวเราก็อยู่บนชายหาด ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย เครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดี
ร้านอาหารขนาดใหญ่มาก สําหรับอิตาลีเป็นอาหารเช้าที่หลากหลายมาก ผัก ชีส ขนมมากมายทั้งเย็นและอุ่น
ความสะดวกที่ดีที่สุดคือที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่ที่ตั้งอยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม (20€ / วัน )

Отель хорошо расположен, рядом пляж, кафе, магазины, железнодорожный вокзал в пешей доступности. Номер не большой, но достаточно комфортный. Предоставляется питьевая вода. Завтраки вполне приличные. Персонал доброжелательный.

This hotel is suitable for people who driving. Located pretty far away from central, but there is shopping mall besides the hotel. Staffs are polite and friendly.

ห้องพักสะอาดและเตียงนอนสบาย บริการดีและอาหารเช้าที่ดี ทําเลสะดวกเดินจากสถานีรถไฟและชายหาดเพียงประมาณ 15-minute เท่านั้น เสียงรบกวนจากห้องข้างๆ เพียงเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่ สําหรับราคา ฉันพอใจและจะยังคงพิจารณาพักที่นี่ในครั้งต่อไป

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket.
Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds.
The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed.
There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation.
At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

CClaiudiuGreat Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 !
This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

Nnrgpup7The hostel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. It was quiet enough in the room for a daytime nap after a long trip, slept well at night. The place has personality and generous seating for guests (don't forget the 1st floor lounge!), location is very good - groceries, multiple bars and bus station are reached within minutes. This particular location had only recently opened when I stayed, so you could tell the crew was working out some kinks in the system, but nothing serious enough to complain about. Only things worth mentioning are the solitary washing machine (practice your rock-paper-scissors!), and super narrow shower (fairly normal in EU, but beware nonetheless). There is a wonderful, full service laundromat near the piazza, however, and a couple other locations within 5 min walking distance. Did not get to chance to try the food and drink at the bar but everything looked good. Would book again if I needed to stay near central Bologna again!
