ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญและป้ายรถเมล์ แต่อยู่ในระยะที่เดินได้ โรงแรมเก่าแต่สะอาดมาก ลิฟต์ เครื่องเป่าผม เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าเกือบทั้งหมดก็เก่ามาก ผ้าม่านเป็นผ้าม่านบางๆ ไม่มีผ้าม่านอย่างเป็นทางการ นอกหน้าต่างเป็นระเบียง ประตูดูเหมือนจะไม่แข็งแรงเป็นพิเศษ รู้สึกแปลกๆ ตอนกลางคืนนอนไม่ค่อยสบายใจ ห้องกว้างแต่ไม่มีถังขยะ ไม้แขวนเสื้อเยอะดี ฉนวนกันเสียงแย่มาก ได้ยินเสียงริมถนนหรือห้องข้างๆ ชัดเจน แต่พอรับได้พักหนึ่งคืนในราคานี้

A beautiful and modern hotel , everything feels new and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Calidad precio, espectaculares, estábamos cerca del santuario, el desayuno que te incluye también está bien. No podemos pedir más por su precio, a ese precio insuperable. Lo único malo la moqueta si eres algo más maniático con esos temas, pero por lo demás genial.

첫날 히터가 작동이 되지않아서 2번이나 전화하고 그래도 시정이 않되어서 로비로 내려가서 방을 교체요청 하였으나 그것도 묵살 공조시스템이 여름으로 설정이 되어있어서 그런다고함 헐!!!! 로비는 히터가 작동이 되어서 따뜻하였습니다. 그러면서 우리한테 담요를 한장씩 더준다고 하더라고요 이런 ᆢᆢ!! 이호털2곳에서 숙박하였는대 문제가 많은것같아요 4성급은 않이고 3성급수준입니다 가격만 4성급

We just stayed there for a night with some friends. The room was clean and the location fantastic - close to everything and to Santuary of Fátima. Found the service slightly slow, and the price of meals on the expensive side. Overall I recommend staying there and will stay again.

We had a fantastic night's stay and rest at Tomar story. It was extremely clean and the room was decorated beautifully. We loved the themed aspect of our room and the window and view of the river was beautiful. The hotel staff were lovely and looked after our luggage outside of the check in / checkout times. Tomar is a brilliant riverside town and the visit to the Castle and Church of Christ to see the Knights Templar headquarters has been the highlight of our Portuguese tour.
