We had a very good stay at Capitol Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the service overall was excellent. A great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!
We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.
The location of this hotel is just OK. It is right off the ***** of the red light District. We did not know this when we booked.
The bed in the room was less than acceptable because we believe there were bugs in it. There was something biting us everything in the bathroom that is usually customary free. Had a price tag on it even the small and I mean small plastic bottle of baby powder
We went downstairs in the morning and had breakfast. The coffee was stone cold even though we could see a fresh pot brewing in the waitress area. The breakfast itself was meager at best and expensive. We booked an executive room so I would hate to see what the standard room was. The accommodation was less than acceptable. On the positive side. The security guard was very helpful. When we arrived and the entry and downstairs portion of the hotel is breathtaking. Very Beautiful, and very nice furniture. Everywhere. Very elegant.
Everything was fine but the only thing that I recommend is please assist your customer to open their door. I had a hard time to find out how to open it since it was my first time hahaha
We had an excellent one-night stay at Central Park Reef Resort! The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We loved relaxing by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool with its stunning view of Subic Bay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations for the price. The on-site food was delicious, a perfect blend of local and international cuisine. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Subic. Thank you Central Park reef resort! 💙

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.
LLuweezyanaSecond time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again
I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price.
Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms.
The roof over the pool leaks.
The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt.
Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants.
So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.
ผผู้เข้าพักOverpriced and not worth the money. The breakfast is advertised as a buffet, but the selection is very limited and not what is typically served for breakfast. It also felt like the staff serving the main dish were reluctant to provide food, as only very small spoonfuls were given each time.
The staff did not assist with luggage. I even overheard another guest asking for help and being told the staff were on break. We also requested a tissue refill, but this was refused because it is supposedly only provided for long-stay guests, which is unreasonable when four people are sharing one room with only one roll of tissue.
Three staff members escorted us to our rooms simply to point out where they were. Since we booked three rooms, this could easily have been handled by one person. Despite having three staff present, none offered any assistance with our luggage, which felt inefficient and unhelpful.
