Newly built, centrally located, no restaurants and in-room dining. Staff are very friendly specially the guards are very welcoming with a smile ang greetings and very helpful.
We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!
Very accessible to the Clark Parade Grounds and the nearby food and cafe establishments. We've always liked their breakfast buffet spread compared to other hotels. On the flipside, toilet and bath are kind of old - some parts weren't too clean. They also don't have a smart TV. Overall, still a dependable hotel within the vicinity of the parade grounds.
Room is decent and clean, but they do not have a room with twin beds or connecting room.
Our request for an adjacent room was granted.
The toilet has bidet and hot and cold shower, basic bathroom supplies are present - shampoo, soap, and dental kit. Extra supplies are also available but with extra charge.
One of the rooms we booked didn't cool enough, they were not able to fix it so we requested to change rooms but the only available room was a smoking room so we just requested for an electric which they gladly provided.
Overall it was a peaceful stay
Our stay at Hotel Sogo was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. A great place for a quick and affordable stay.
We stay with one 2 years old kid. For kid above 3 years old there’s a charge for bed or something, stated by the staff there. I not sure how much but they ask how old is my kid. The room area is big enough for the family for us
The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThis resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.
EEiselleLuckwotcheraIf you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.
ผผู้เข้าพักI really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.
Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.
The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this.
For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อAt first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อCouldn’t recommend this hotel more. This is our 2nd time, they’re very accommodating, even gave us welcome back cookies and welcome drinks. They always go above and beyond.
MMrs. MontevirgenDefinitely 100% for me! A stunning trip back in time! Walking through the cobblestone streets of Las Casas feels like being transported to 18th-century Philippines. The attention to detail in the restored casas is meticulous. We highly recommend the Heritage Walking Tour; the guides are incredibly knowledgeable and bring the history of each house to life. The sunset by the beach and the cultural show were the perfect way to end the day. A must-visit for anyone who loves Filipino heritage. We spent 1 night here and I think we will be back soon. Thank you Las Casas! 💙
