The hotel is conveniently located close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which makes traveling very easy.
The staff are friendly, and the room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same area that are more expensive, or hotels at the same price but in different locations.
Breakfast is included, but unfortunately I had an early flight to catch and didn’t have the chance to try it.
The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which is very convenient.

Ну очень уставший отель. Отношение персонала не на 4 звёзды.завтрак тоже очень скудный. Мебели в номере лет 30-40.. нормально остановиться на 1 ночь.но точно не на длительное пребывание желания вернуться нет.

Good central location is a plus. Free breakfast is convenient but average. The 6th floor is sound proof from noisy bar downstairs but having some roof top water pump noise instead

Завтраки скромные, но достаточные.

На улице реально шумно до 01-00.
Пустая площадь, на которой собирается 20 пацанов гонять мяч.

โรงแรมขนาดเล็กที่สะดวกสบายพร้อมทําเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม - เดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ด้านหลังมุมมีป้ายรถราง เดินไปได้แม้กระเป๋าเดินทางไปยังสถานีขนส่งและนั่งแท็กซี่ 5 นาทีถึงสถานี

I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ปลอดภัย และสะดวกสบายสำหรับการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตร ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานร้านอาหารมีความเป็นมืออาชีพและน่าประทับใจมาก โดยเฉพาะ ”กมัล ไอท์ ชฟี” ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อเราไม่เข้าใจวิธีการใช้เครื่องจักรที่ไม่มีคำแนะนำภาษาอังกฤษ เขาเป็นคนที่น่าประทับใจมาก เราขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน!!!

Удачное расположение отеля,в пешей доступности ко всему.Мебель и ремонт немного уставшие.В целом,интерьер интересный,в марокканском стиле.Завтраки сытные,вкусный омлет.Ресепшн отзывчивый,можно оставить багаж после выезда.

Hotel needs refurbishment especially the beds and beddings. Towels are worn out and needs changing. Service was good and staff were helpful. The location is excellent near to many great resturants as well as public transportion tram and bus stop was just around the corner. Convenient for a short stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักLa chambre était très propre, confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable.
Le service des clients était excellent, avec un personnel accueillant, attentif et toujours prêt à aider.
L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, proche de tous les sites touristiques, des restaurants et des moyens de transport, ce qui facilite beaucoup les déplacements.
J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation 😊

FFolusoStaff was helpful and friendly and location was excellent. WiFi was fast, bed was comfortable and apartment was clean. It’s close to supermarkets, restaurants, Shopping etc. very easy to get around also and the people of the city were friendly and willing to help as needed which was great as it was our first time in Morroco. The only downside was construction noise, especially early in the morning.

ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long 21-hour flight. When I arrived, the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. He told me I could call anytime if I needed assistance, which I appreciated.
However, the phone in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this became a problem the next morning. When I woke up and went out for an early walk—since it was my first time in Casablanca—I opened my door and stepped directly onto a flooded hallway. I was staying on the second floor and had no idea there was water outside. As a result, my socks and winter slippers got completely wet.
I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was still not functioning. I then went downstairs to inform the staff, but there was no one at the front desk at that time.
When I first arrived, I was impressed by how the room looked. However, I noticed that there were no bathroom slippers or hotel slippers provided, which was uncomfortable, especially since it is winter.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby cafés and restaurants, which is a plus.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, working in-room communication, front desk availability, and basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.

Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!

ผผู้เข้าพักI thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The room was extremely modern and clean and new looking. The wash machine was a great amenity. But the real winner was the view from the room. A beautiful sea view with floor to ceiling windows. The room was nice a quiet and was perfect for my stay. It is in a beautiful location and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler staying here. And the staff was so responsive to my inquiries. From the outside on the exterior of the hotel it might seem unassuming but on the inside it’s lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a bit more expensive than other places but I feel it was worth it.
