Hotel moderno, con excelente ubicación, limpieza y organización excelente, el trato del personal magnífico, el desayuno muy bueno, las habitaciones espaciosas y confortables, me sentí como en casa.

Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises. 3. No mirror in room. 4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside. Plus 1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english. 2. TV has a few channels in English. 3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities. 4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

I was so impressed by this hotel; I didn't know about it until I was looking for a place to stay in Santo Domingo and found this marvelous place. Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on.

我和同事在這裏續了兩次，總共住了6個晚上，位置很好，離Serena，bluemall，ágora mall商場都很近。最值得點讚的是服務人員，有一天晚上我把打包的炒飯拿到前台幫我熱一下，一位高高的工作人員幫我拿到餐廳熱好，還貼心地拿了湯匙和刀叉。每個工作人員都微笑服務。酒店房間很新，很安靜（雖然樓下是道路但是隔音很好很安靜），早餐好吃，環境優美，有嶄新的健身房，有屋頂泳池，躺在那裡看美麗的晚霞和星星，確實是一段難忘的回憶。以後出差來聖多明各就住這裏了。還有，走100米還有一家中餐店，實在太完美了。

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อาหาร wS ดีมาก พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีและห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ไม่ลังเลที่จะกลับมา

โรงแรมเปิดใหม่มีบริการและสุขาภิบาลดี แต่ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กและการตกแต่งไม่ค่อยดีทําให้คนรู้สึกธรรมดามาก แต่ทําเลดีมาก มีร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง

โรงแรมราคาประหยัดที่สุดในซานโดมิงโก สวนสาธารณะสวยงาม อาหารอร่อย ห้องพักในโรงแรมมีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ เหมาะสําหรับการพักร้อน ซูซิการ์สามารถซื้อได้จํานวนมากและการจราจรในเมืองค่อนข้างแออัด

Отдыхали в феврале 2025 года , рядом с отелем казино и слева от отеля есть супермаркет хороший, понравился также бассейн на крыше в общем все чисто красиво и уютно, по русский персонал не говорит

非常方便，門衞非常友善，健身房設備比一般星級酒店還要完善。
