ข้อเสีย: บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้ามีอาหารให้เลือกไม่หลากหลาย ควรมีเครื่องคั้นน้ำผลไม้และไข่ดาว คนผิวสีพักอยู่ใกล้ๆ ข้อเสีย: ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก มีสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 2 สถานี โดยเฉพาะสถานี Omonia ที่มีรถไฟใต้ดิน 2 สายเชื่อมต่อกัน สถานีนี้ช่วยให้นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ที่น่าสนใจ เช่น อะโครโพลิสได้ดีมาก พนักงานให้บริการดีเยี่ยม ร้านอาหารอินเดียในบริเวณใกล้เคียงมีอาหารอร่อยแต่ราคาถูกกว่า

Location is convenient from Omonia station. good walking distance to acropolis and main center. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. There’s a lift but small flight of stairs up, also with assisted stairclimber. Nice pantry area to gather and make friends, or cook if you want. I booked a private room and while it’s a very huge size, there’s not much in the room. No desk, no hairdryer. The lockers are stacked on top of each other. In theory it’s ok, but what about shorter people? Why would I need lockers for a private room? (I know it’s a hostel yes, but this is a private twin room.) it should have been like a small hanging wardrobe or if the lockers need to be there it should be side by side on the floor. I also didn’t like the toilet is just one massive room. No sections for showering. The water just gets to the toilet bowl side easily. There should at least have been an elevated shower pedestal so water is kept in that area. I understand that this is a hostel, but for private rooms, shouldn’t it feel more like a hotel or Airbnb? Which should have basic things like a hairdryer etc (they don’t). Not very thoughtful when it comes to housekeeping - my toilet roll ran out, and they didn’t replace it. I dropped my towel on the floor to be replaced, it was hung back on the rack. It’s a dirty towel! Overall very disappointing with the light touches of the hotel. I didn’t spend cheap money for this, should have looked around more for what I paid.

Good location and good service.. we all 6 persons stayed at the hotel for 4 nights alternately. Our luggage stored at the hotels safety. They helped us to book cub and prepared the breakfast for us at 5:30am before morning time. Absolutely, thank you very much for all staffs including in the Kitchen. Besides, the roof of my hotel is very amazing that you can see the Acropolis all days. The sunset around the Acropolis is extremely beautiful.

Nice rooftop view of acropolis. Small lift to the room, 24 hr reception. Good location to most places The room is small, not much space if u have big luggage. Abit noisy as it is near the street and church bell. Required to pay additional city tax for the hotel few euro per day. Overall is a pleasant place for its price

Great hotel and staff were amazing from the front door to wait staff and reception!!!  Everyone so nice and pleasant!  Room was excellent and perfect area to be in ..

Wonderfully clean, modern room with diligent helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, enough. Evening food was great, fantastic flavours and generous portion sizes at a good price. Bed comfortable with facilities, such as the shower, modern and spacious. Would have been nice to incorporate the sink in a separate bathroom are along with the shower and toilet. As a solo traveller it’s ok but as a couple there’s little privacy. Only other concern was the road noise, perhaps triple glazing in the bedrooms would help, i had trouble sleeping. Great location to where I needed to be go.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift and was able to provide kettle and cups upon request. It was a good sized room, was spacious and clean same as the bathroom. Wifi was strong and the heater was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay.

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันพักที่โรงแรมแกรนด์ไฮแอททั่วโลก ดีกว่าที่คิดไว้เยอะเลย พนักงานใจดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากตลอดการเข้าพัก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งตอนที่ฉันเช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรและยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสมาก พอรู้ตัวว่าวันเกิดฉันอีก 2 วัน พวกเขาก็อัพเกรดห้องให้ฉัน! แถมอาหารเช้าก็อร่อยมากด้วย มีอาหารกรีกให้เลือกหลากหลายมาก ฉันมั่นใจว่าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนถ้าได้ไปกรีก
