The hotel boasts excellent amenities and a prime location, a private entrance to the Valley of Temples. However, there's room for improvement in the service department; it falls short of delivering a consistently five-star experience. The staffs could enhance their customer orientation and avoid a selective attention to guests.

Bella struttura, forse un po' grande. Camera sufficentemente pulita, forse andrebbe fatta qualche ristrutturazione. Il letto comodissimo, la colazione nella sufficenza, mi aspettavo di più. Tutto ciò che non ha raggiunto il livello di eccellenza e stato ripagato da una location bellissima. Bella la piscina e il giardino.

Отель понравился. Расположение рядом с заправкой не смущало. По итальянским меркам отличный разнообразный завтрак. Хотя круассаны не впечатлили, но в остальном выбор и качество еды было хорошее. Вкусный кофе. Были проблемы с подключением к wifi, но удалось решить самостоятельно (персонал на ресепшн не смог помочь). SPA стоит 20евро за 50минут.

Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Reception h24, personale gentile. Colazione buona misto dolce/salato. Posizione buona se auto muniti, 10 min dal centro di Siracusa. Diversi posti auto. Rooftop curato con bella vista.

Hotel's location is a convenient short walk to the old town. The in-hotel free parking is a bonus if you book a Classic Room. Room is clean but small, and can be a squeeze if you have big luggages. The only hotel I came across in all my years of travel that does not provide a kettle, and charges for a bottle of water. They might as well charge for the toilet paper. Petty, penny wise and pound foolish! Even if you ask to borrow one, there was none. They charges €2.50 for a 500ml bottle of water, more than 7x what you get from the supermarket. And there is no price list in the minibar. We were charged €7.50 for just one bottle consumed, mistaking the additional charges for tourist taxes. Consolation: Breakfast is good though.

非常棒的酒店 1、地理位置極佳，出門就是著名景點四角廣場（十字路口）、普雷託利亞噴泉、海軍上將修道院等，徒步6、7分鐘可到劇院，王宮、主教座堂，且在繁華商業區中間，購物餐飲都很方便。 2、服務很好，接待人員耐心熱情，能記住每位顧客的需求和要求，酒店餐廳豐盛且美味，早餐還可以自製cannoli！ 3、裝潢極佳，充滿了歐洲奢華風情，獨立的門廳古樸典雅，還在門廳提供了茶歇區。有多部電梯方便住客上下樓，有殘疾人通道。室內應有盡有，還有獨立陽台可供放鬆 缺點：空調噪音略大（可關），建築內同層間有樓梯銜接 總評：強烈推薦，沒什麼比這家更好的選擇了

คิดว่าสถานที่จะแตกต่างกันไปตามวัตถุประสงค์แต่ก็ถือว่าดีสําหรับผม พื้นที่กว้างขวางในชานเมืองน่าอยู่ โรงแรมใหม่ไม่มีปัญหา พนักงานใจดีมากๆ ดีใจที่ได้ไปเที่ยววันเดย์ทริปวัลเลย์ １

Es esta ocasión nos alojaron en unos de sus apartamentos, que si bien son más amplios, en mi opinión están más expuestos al ruido de los vehículos, lo que resta encanto a nuestra estancia. El desayuno continúa siendo variado y sabroso. Y la atención de 10! La única pega es que la cama no era tan cómoda como en otras ocasiones.
